The screen protection installation service eliminated the headache of installing the screen protector myself. However, the screen protector, even though the manufacturer states it's case-friendly, it is not. I have replaced the protector three times in 10 days (S20 Ultra LED case). The manufacturer said there is one of two issues: the Salespersons (3) didn't follow the instructions (exactly) and added a screen cleaner (spray-on) during the protector installation. I saw this twice, the third person hid in the Geek Squad Repair room. The Salespersons said it allows to align protector to the screen after contact with the phone. Zagg said they should not have done that. The new adhesive and procedure was developed to eliminate bubbles without additional lubricant from a spray cleaner. The second reason was a defective screen protector. I explained to them, the bubbles only develop along the edge of the phone's screen. You press them down, they go away for several minutes, and then they return.

I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it because i have installed other screen protectors myself. I was buying 3 phones but when i saw the sign that said the install was going to be $8.00 i was like i guess i'll do it myself ! The sales man explained to me the $8.00 is just a one time charge and he would install all 3 for the $8.00 charge ! I said go for it ! He did a good quick job ! Would have taken me a while to do !!!

That there youngster we had doing all the work on our silly phones did such a great job, was very courteous, professional, and took the time to do a great job. We were extremely impressed. If they all get similar training you will not be disappointed in the service, trust me take advantage, these things are not fun, just frustrating, to try to put on when you have not done hundreds like they have. It is worth the small investment.

Instead of six different levels of experience (with six different levels of results) we have one. Their techs get it right. It saves time, money, & aggravation.

I bought this protection in April. In December my screen cracked, i happened to be in the store shopping, i asked the associate about the screen protector plan, within literally 3-4 minutes they changed my old cracked one for a new one, handed me my phone back and told me to have a nice day! Best $8.00 i every spent!

After dropping my iPhone several times, the (other brand) screen protector broke. I purchased a Zagg protector from Best Buy and tried to attach it myself - not good! I returned to Best Buy where they replaced the Zagg protector I had damaged (no charge), and perfectly placed a new Zagg protector on my iPhone for about $15. This service is well worth it for fumble-fingers like myself!

Absolutely love this screen protector as I drop my phone a lot! I have always purchased this brand because it definitely protects my screen from any damage from dropping my phone! Highly recommend!

The BB employees so far had a 2 out of 6 success rate pf getting it installed with not lint or dust stuck in between the screen protector nd phone screen. And have it lined up straight 5 out of 6 times. So basically, better they do it than me. (It happens)

I really enjoy that I can get support with putting on the screen properly and safely. I'm a clumsy person, so I break my phone alot. Very helpful to have a service to further protect it with the protector.

When a specialized technician Best Buy employee installs it for you, they will try and try to get the screen on perfect, even if it might mean getting a new one off the shelf because you brought them was outdated or not great quality. Definitely worth the installation fee, because when I decided to put in on myself, it ended with bubbles and that I just had to make peace with.

I can’t ever get screen protectors on cleanly. I always get lint stuck underneath somehow. The staff at Best Buy was friendly and talented when it comes to doing so! No bubbles or anything in it. Thank you!

I purchased a ZAGG glass screen protector for my new IPhone 12Pro. Since I'm a Total Tech Support member, I was able to have one of the cell phone agents install the protector at no charge. He did a great job as the screen is invisible. I understand that if the screen cracks, Best Buy will replace the protector at no charge. That is good value!
