I bought this protection in April. In December my screen cracked, i happened to be in the store shopping, i asked the associate about the screen protector plan, within literally 3-4 minutes they changed my old cracked one for a new one, handed me my phone back and told me to have a nice day! Best $8.00 i every spent!

Instead of six different levels of experience (with six different levels of results) we have one. Their techs get it right. It saves time, money, & aggravation.

After spending almost $1,000 on my Note 8 I obviously needed a screen protector. That was another $50 and I wanted to make sure it was applied perfectly so my phone was protected and so I would not have to buy another expense protector if I screwed it up. I had never used this Geek Squad application but it was money well invested! The worker got it on perfectly and has given me a lot of piece of mind. I will definitely use the service in the future.

It is an excellent product to protect your screen from falls. I have trusted invisible shield for years, but this product once installed there is a defect where it unsticks itself from the middle making hard to respond on your screen, called Invisible Shield and warranty gave me a different replacement since it is a defected shield that is common. Otherwise than that I would of gave it 5 stars since I know this protectors are the best out there!!

This is a great service to have if you have a screen protector installed. They do Professional work and stand by their products and service. If at any time your screen protector becomes damaged just return to the mobile center and they will replace the protector. As long as you purchase the protector and the service for them. The installation is just 7.99 and well worth it. I definitely recommend.

The screen protection installation service eliminated the headache of installing the screen protector myself. However, the screen protector, even though the manufacturer states it's case-friendly, it is not. I have replaced the protector three times in 10 days (S20 Ultra LED case). The manufacturer said there is one of two issues: the Salespersons (3) didn't follow the instructions (exactly) and added a screen cleaner (spray-on) during the protector installation. I saw this twice, the third person hid in the Geek Squad Repair room. The Salespersons said it allows to align protector to the screen after contact with the phone. Zagg said they should not have done that. The new adhesive and procedure was developed to eliminate bubbles without additional lubricant from a spray cleaner. The second reason was a defective screen protector. I explained to them, the bubbles only develop along the edge of the phone's screen. You press them down, they go away for several minutes, and then they return.

No more scratched lens for my S3. Screen protector was installed without any flaws, still looking good!

With a hardness rating of 8H to 9H meaning that they are hard enough to resist any scratches and this screen cover is made up of tempered glasse which is a better option than plastic i highly recommend this.

The Best Buy Screen Protection service was really good. They installed my daughters screen protector with no issues. Was clean install with no bubbles and was on straight. Highly recommend.

I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth it because i have installed other screen protectors myself. I was buying 3 phones but when i saw the sign that said the install was going to be $8.00 i was like i guess i'll do it myself ! The sales man explained to me the $8.00 is just a one time charge and he would install all 3 for the $8.00 charge ! I said go for it ! He did a good quick job ! Would have taken me a while to do !!!

After dropping my iPhone several times, the (other brand) screen protector broke. I purchased a Zagg protector from Best Buy and tried to attach it myself - not good! I returned to Best Buy where they replaced the Zagg protector I had damaged (no charge), and perfectly placed a new Zagg protector on my iPhone for about $15. This service is well worth it for fumble-fingers like myself!

This was my second time purchasing this screen protector because I dropped my phone twice and both times the screen protector tempered glass shattered on impact thus protecting my phones original screen with no damage.

I use this product every day and I do construction outdoor and the screen protector has held up tremendously I would definitely recommend.

You can buy the best from best buy's. I am not joking, this product is really good. No bubbles, clarity, durability and strong. What else we are looking from this product. Good luck.
