Used this service instead of doing it ourselves. I like having them registered so if they have to be replaced, I don't have to keep the receipt. Service was quick and good. No bubbles, no loose edges, no smudges under the protector. Three screen protectors for three phones...no complaints so far.

Prior to this purchase I was a die hard Beats fan. Sadly Apple let me down with the wireless over the ear Studio beats. Frustrated I began the search for a quality pair of wireless headphones. The gentleman who installed the protector on my phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable answering every question I had. He also showed great detail in cleaning the screen before installing the glass protector. I had know idea there could not one spec of dust, lint or anything else. Looks great!

Original installer of the screen protectors was extremely generous and helpful, even applied the screen on for us a courtesy gesture. When we got the replacement done, this representative was also helpful. The screen was applied on correctly and definitely worth it if you are a perfectionist and want it to dead center.

The Best Buy Screen Protection service was really good. They installed my daughters screen protector with no issues. Was clean install with no bubbles and was on straight. Highly recommend.

The screen protection service from Best Buy is quality! Love paying for it so I don't have to worry about getting air bubbles on the side of my phone or etc. The associates do an amazing job with putting the screen on...like if it was their own phone. Highly recommend this service to anyone getting a screen protector for their phone.

Tried to install a glass screen protector on my new phone. I followed the directions & there were still bubbles that wouldn’t go away. Went back to BB & had them install it. She made it look so easy, it went on flawlessly. Well worth the $8. I should’ve used this service the first time & saved myself the time, headache & gas to drive there & back! For now on that’s the way I’m going.

I got this screen shield and there's a bubble to the left lower side but it's still okay and the rest of the screen is fine.

Many iPhone owners do not use a product like this ... and with the reported more scratch resistant materials made into the new 12 series it may be unnecessary; but using this product on the screen of the iPhone X for three years I never sustained a single scratch. It was worth the few extra dollars for the piece of mind in my opinion.

You can buy the best from best buy's. I am not joking, this product is really good. No bubbles, clarity, durability and strong. What else we are looking from this product. Good luck.

I paid the extra fee to have the store associate apply even protector to my new note 9 and I'm glad I did. Even with all his experience, he still had problems with bubbles. We decided that giving it time to rest would be the best solution. He thought a couple of hours or at most overnight would be enough but it took 2 days for all the bubbles to finally disappear. It's been fine since. It's a good product, just beware that it will take time for all the bubbles to disappear.

Good for protecting your screen from scratches, but not from your screen cracking like the glass protector. My phone does not work well with the glass screen protector due to the rounded edges of the Galaxy s8+. My protector was put on by best buy and it has started to bubble and lift up on one side. Has never happened to me before, but it is my first time with the round edges so that may be part of the cause.

Worth the install cost. If they mess up it's on them to replace and fix. Not on you. I cant put these on correctly to save my life, so i pay the small cost. Bonus, I get to come back to them when it cracks for replacement
