The screen protection service from Best Buy is quality! Love paying for it so I don't have to worry about getting air bubbles on the side of my phone or etc. The associates do an amazing job with putting the screen on...like if it was their own phone. Highly recommend this service to anyone getting a screen protector for their phone.

I bought this screen shield for my phone to protect it from scratches. It does a very nice job.

Many iPhone owners do not use a product like this ... and with the reported more scratch resistant materials made into the new 12 series it may be unnecessary; but using this product on the screen of the iPhone X for three years I never sustained a single scratch. It was worth the few extra dollars for the piece of mind in my opinion.

Tried to install a glass screen protector on my new phone. I followed the directions & there were still bubbles that wouldn’t go away. Went back to BB & had them install it. She made it look so easy, it went on flawlessly. Well worth the $8. I should’ve used this service the first time & saved myself the time, headache & gas to drive there & back! For now on that’s the way I’m going.

Review of Best Buy, need more phone sales and inventory related to ATT phones. A lot of stores need a remodel but they are being held up to standard on the strength of the employees. Pay your employees more. The strengths of thos company are its TV product line up, Geek Squad, computers, and appliances. This company has potential to lead the way in phone sales if it focuses a remodel to bring inventory in and a easier shopping experience in accessories for them. There is a lot of potential to miss that is currently being ignored. Dont forget where you came from and how Best Buy still exists. Its the employees holding it up. Its the employees who need support.

They installed it well. Looked great and balanced. Saved me the hassle of fighting it. Lol

I paid the extra fee to have the store associate apply even protector to my new note 9 and I'm glad I did. Even with all his experience, he still had problems with bubbles. We decided that giving it time to rest would be the best solution. He thought a couple of hours or at most overnight would be enough but it took 2 days for all the bubbles to finally disappear. It's been fine since. It's a good product, just beware that it will take time for all the bubbles to disappear.

I got this screen shield and there's a bubble to the left lower side but it's still okay and the rest of the screen is fine.

Good for protecting your screen from scratches, but not from your screen cracking like the glass protector. My phone does not work well with the glass screen protector due to the rounded edges of the Galaxy s8+. My protector was put on by best buy and it has started to bubble and lift up on one side. Has never happened to me before, but it is my first time with the round edges so that may be part of the cause.

Had them install the screen protector without a single air bubble. Looks great.

Got a screen protector installed, the guy was honest and said he wasn’t that great at it but I said go ahead and do it. Got home and noticed it wasn’t on that straight and corner wasn’t down tight, so I went back a couple days later and another employee put a new one on, he was great and did it perfect. No charge of coarse

I purchased a ZAGG glass screen protector and always bring it to Best Buy for installation. Even though it is a very quick and easy process, I'm to scared to do it myself. The techs are quick and efficient and quite kind.

We purchased two new smartphones from Best Buy and had ZAGG brand screen protectors installed. The Best Buy tech was quick and did a good job installing the screen protectors.

Thank You! In your service Dept, I met MARCOS at Best Buy in Mission Valley store. He spent 2.5 hours with me. My first order for Samsung Galaxy A53, 5G, 128GB. was on 9/01/22. This cell phone DIED. On 9/17/2022 I met Marcos and he was able to provide me with a NEW IDENTICAL Samsung with the same items. It is very frustrating to buy a cellphone and it doesn't work. Especially for a 75 year old customer. Marcos was able to find the problem, solved it, and I left a HAPPY CUSTOMER. I notice that this is for 9/01/2022. That purchase DIED. The 2nd visit on 9/17/2022 cleared up ALL PROBLEMS. I still own a Samsung Galaxy A53 with all of the additions, but NOW I can actually use it. I still need to learn how to use all of the FANCY items in order to get my money's worth with the phone. I was most pleased with MARCOS.

A screen protector is a must have item for me. I drop my phone so many times in a week that it would be stupid not to have a really good screen protector on my phone
