Have always used the screen protection service throught Best Buys

The salesman put it on for us and he did a great job. No bubbles and is protecting my new phone!

Hubby had to talk me into letting Best Buy do the installation, but MAN, AM I GLAD! First screen protector for our Samsung Galaxy Note 9 was a Zagg InvisibleShield. JUNK... popped off three times and finally shattered. However, since BB had installed it, they replaced it with a much better performing screen protector THAT WAS CHEAPER!!! My recommendation... Cough up the extra dough to let them do it!

Glad I had them install the glass screen saver for the Fold. The glass outer screen saver isn’t made for the Otter box cases & kept popping off. At the recommendation of the store manager, we ordered the plastic screen saver for the Fold’s outside screen.

Prior to this purchase I was a die hard Beats fan. Sadly Apple let me down with the wireless over the ear Studio beats. Frustrated I began the search for a quality pair of wireless headphones. The BOSE are in a class by themselves. Sound quality is amazing and noise cancelling in an understatement. They are noise eliminating! You can’t go wrong with the BOSE

Purchased an iPhone 8 and purchased the screen protector I was recommended to get. It is the best one I have had yet for my new phone. Very smooth feel. The only downfall is that the iPhone 8 screen has a very slight curve to it and so the screen protector doesn’t completely settle on the side edges of the phone screen. It doesn’t bother me nor does it want to come off or lift off from the phone. It still does it’s job.

The screen protection service from Best Buy is quality! Love paying for it so I don't have to worry about getting air bubbles on the side of my phone or etc. The associates do an amazing job with putting the screen on...like if it was their own phone. Highly recommend this service to anyone getting a screen protector for their phone.

It only costs $7.99 to have the cell phone shield installed by the mobile department. This is totally worth it, because if they put it on wrong, or damage the shield when putting it on, they will go get another one off of the shelf and put it on - at no additional cost to you. That is so much better than if you were to damage the shield putting it on yourself. Then you're out that money, plus the cost of buying another shield!

I have enjoyed the pleasure of having a new screen when I broke the original.

Zagg lifetime warranty is the only way to go. No questions asked and Best Buy does a great job replacing it.

Many iPhone owners do not use a product like this ... and with the reported more scratch resistant materials made into the new 12 series it may be unnecessary; but using this product on the screen of the iPhone X for three years I never sustained a single scratch. It was worth the few extra dollars for the piece of mind in my opinion.

Thank You! In your service Dept, I met MARCOS at Best Buy in Mission Valley store. He spent 2.5 hours with me. My first order for Samsung Galaxy A53, 5G, 128GB. was on 9/01/22. This cell phone DIED. On 9/17/2022 I met Marcos and he was able to provide me with a NEW IDENTICAL Samsung with the same items. It is very frustrating to buy a cellphone and it doesn't work. Especially for a 75 year old customer. Marcos was able to find the problem, solved it, and I left a HAPPY CUSTOMER. I notice that this is for 9/01/2022. That purchase DIED. The 2nd visit on 9/17/2022 cleared up ALL PROBLEMS. I still own a Samsung Galaxy A53 with all of the additions, but NOW I can actually use it. I still need to learn how to use all of the FANCY items in order to get my money's worth with the phone. I was most pleased with MARCOS.

The Zagg shield I had installed came up at the bottom of the screen. I had to replace it with a curved glass shield for a proper fit.

This is a life saver. They probably regret selling this to me. My screen saver cracks (instead of my phone) I bring it in and they take off the old one and put a new one on for free.
