Thank You! In your service Dept, I met MARCOS at Best Buy in Mission Valley store. He spent 2.5 hours with me. My first order for Samsung Galaxy A53, 5G, 128GB. was on 9/01/22. This cell phone DIED. On 9/17/2022 I met Marcos and he was able to provide me with a NEW IDENTICAL Samsung with the same items. It is very frustrating to buy a cellphone and it doesn't work. Especially for a 75 year old customer. Marcos was able to find the problem, solved it, and I left a HAPPY CUSTOMER. I notice that this is for 9/01/2022. That purchase DIED. The 2nd visit on 9/17/2022 cleared up ALL PROBLEMS. I still own a Samsung Galaxy A53 with all of the additions, but NOW I can actually use it. I still need to learn how to use all of the FANCY items in order to get my money's worth with the phone. I was most pleased with MARCOS.

Best-Buy Associates were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they were installing on my Apple Watch. They had difficulty on the first try, but were quick to remove the item and re-install a second item perfectly. The screen protection installed on my Apple Watch looks great and is a great protective de ice for my watch.

Zagg does it best with their screen protectors. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the best protection for any phone. I wouldn’t go a day without this on my phone. I’ve busted screens in the past and this is a lifesaver. And comes with a free replacement after the cost of the first screen protector. All you pay for is the installation.

Easy to apply. Although lifetime warranty on a phone that may only last two years isn’t quite practical I do get a good sense of security knowing I won’t have to replace an expensive screen in case of an accident. Very sleek looking smooth as glass. Easy to put on and exact fit compared to other brands

It makes perfect sense to purchase the screen protection service. Completely covered if your screen protector breaks. And, a Best Buy rep will change screen protector for you. So you don't have to worry about changing it your =self and getting a little dust under the screen. :)

Review of Best Buy, need more phone sales and inventory related to ATT phones. A lot of stores need a remodel but they are being held up to standard on the strength of the employees. Pay your employees more. The strengths of thos company are its TV product line up, Geek Squad, computers, and appliances. This company has potential to lead the way in phone sales if it focuses a remodel to bring inventory in and a easier shopping experience in accessories for them. There is a lot of potential to miss that is currently being ignored. Dont forget where you came from and how Best Buy still exists. Its the employees holding it up. Its the employees who need support.

I believe this is a great service Best Buy does a great job putting on screen protectors i paid $8.00 to have a screen protector put on my fold 3 then 2 days later had to go back to Best Buy to get a new screen it cost me nothing for a new screen.

The phone tech put my screen protector on and it looks perfect. No bubbles, etc.

I recently punched a new cell phone. and I always put a Zagg HD glass screen protector on all my electronics. Having the Best Buy trained associates install the product is well worth the small fee charged. They have the tools and templates to put them on without problems. And, if it breaks when they install it, they replace it immediately. No hassle for the customer.

The young lady that assisted me did a great job installing my screen protector. I have an issue with the Zagg protector and due to covid have not been able to go to a store to get it replaced. I was assured that when able, I can come back for a free replacement because I purchased the service. What more could I ask for!

I can never install a screen protector without getting air bubbles, so I always purchase the extra upgrade to have a Best Buy employee install it for me.
