Purchased this service and the associates were great,later my screen saver cracked and not only was it covered but the service to reinstall the new one. This is a great service. Big thumbs up.

I hate putting on screen protectors. I always get a bubble when I try. The Best Buy sales person knew what he was doing and placed the protector on perfectly. It was a bit costly but we were able to put back on the original covering so that when I gave it as a gift, one couldn't tell that the device had been opened let alone a screen protector added. Santa's secret remained safe.

I have a warranty on my Screen Protector. I had to order a new one because an employee at the store scratched the new one by mistake. Her nails were too long. A new was put on by a another person and it looks great. Zagg people replacement looks good and there Customer Service is good. Best Buy also has good service, but needs more help.

My screen protection cover that I had received for my phone was very hard for me to press so the phone would turn off. So they nicely got me a lighter screen and case cover and I could use that one much better. I appreciate their allowing me to switch the items and get the cover. It works much easier for me now.

Staff is always extremely helpful when putting on my screen protectors! If you haven't used this service yet, you absolutely should! It's saved my phone screen from one drop already!

I always go with Zagg glass on my phone because of the quality. It lasts longer and is heavy duty. Make sure to get the protection on it because they replace it if it cracks or breaks. Which I have used before. They do it right in the store. Very simple and easy. Same day. Takes about a few minutes.

So far so great! Typically screen protectors are not so great. My last phone the screen cracked when the protector didn't hold up. It was a liquid protector that hardened when it dried. I assume it was worn off, but with no way to tell so I wanted a regular protector this time. This one seems to do the job.

The glass is a nice sense of security and the installation was fast and easy.

I needed to replace an older Roku and decided the Roku sound bar would serve two purposes. The remote controls the sound and the power to the TV. Now with just the Roku remote, I can control everything except the source on TV. Works well sound is good and have the option to add Roku subwoffer.
