Carefully done but didn’t take very long even after redoing one to make it perfect with no lint,etc. Totally worth it to have them replace for the lifetime of your phone. Will save me the frustration of replacing and possibly messing them up, therefore costing me more time and money for replacements.

This is a life saver. They probably regret selling this to me. My screen saver cracks (instead of my phone) I bring it in and they take off the old one and put a new one on for free.

Geek squad guy did a very quick and good job installing my screen protector. They have always done a great job on all of my phones and my husband's phones when putting on a screen protector. It is worth the fee they charge to do and do it right. Thanks Best Buy!

Fit my device very well and appears to protect it. It came with everything necessary to install. Although I used the store technician to install it there. My other option was to take it home and install it there. The technician did a very good job installing it. The whole process was very quick.

Doesn't cover your entire screen at the top so everytime you swipe down to view your notifications you're constantly hitting the edge of the screen protector. I'm hoping it doesn't start peeling for a long while. Other than that, it covers well everywhere else and I've already dropped it a few times and still no marks on the screen.

Manny put the screen protector on and he paid attention to detail and didn't stop until it was perfect without any blemishes or lint under it. Great job, highly recommend having Best Buy install your screen protector, because if they mess it up they will just go get another one and put it on whereas if you mess it up at home you will have to buy a new one.

All I can say is, YESSSS! Please do not waste money attempting to place a screen protector or whatever the case may be. It is easier to allow the professionals to handle it, while also having the reassurance of fixing if any accidental screen breaks/cracks occur.

This shield is much improved over the ones I used on my other tablets.

Heretofore, did not have a screen protector for my I-PHONE until speaking to a friend about the benefits. The protector was purchased and has all the attributes as advertised. It protects the screens, cuts down on sun glare and most of all finger prints. Will purchase again if needed.

The first S10+ had a faulty charger port and stopped working a few days after I brought it home. The Best Buy policy was unclear that their 14 day return policy started the day of the purchase. I fortunately brought the bad phone back on the last possible day. The Westbank store did not have an available same phone to replace the 1st phone. There was a phone at the Slidell store that I was told I could pick up the following day. The following day at the Slidell store, after much discussion, the store GM said they could not provide the replacement phone because it would impact their sale numbers for the charge back of the bad phone. While Best Buy is a national company, their sale numbers for each store are apparently very important and cannot be adjusted after the fact so as not to impact the customer. The assistant manager drove the phone to the Westbank location and I followed soon thereafter to activate the 2nd phone. I have not any issues with the 2nd S10+ phone (which was brand new also), so the initial phone must have been a one off. While I was annoyed to drive almost 3 hours to Slidell and back unnecessarily and wait an hour at the store while a decision was being made what to do, I am satisfied with the result. I would not make any significant purchases from a Best Buy store from home, because in the rare event of a problem I would have to travel to the original store to perform a return.

Nice screen protector. Very easy to clean and doesn’t leave smudges. I paid $5 to have it put on by a BB Tech. He did a great job. If the screen becomes damaged for any reason, it is replaced for free. Totally worth it.

The installation for the screen protector for my iPhone 13 pro max went seamlessly, albeit they threw out the box it came in after installing it. I asked about their screen protector guarantee (free replacement) and the representative said that I didn’t need it- this worried me a bit, but time will tell if this becomes an issue
