I love my screen protector, hands down the best one I’ve yet to use. It’s not only a good protector but also the employees who put them on for you, outstanding job.

Replacement screen saver service was put on with uncertainty but it was done perfectly! I had purchased it from apple.

The first S10+ had a faulty charger port and stopped working a few days after I brought it home. The Best Buy policy was unclear that their 14 day return policy started the day of the purchase. I fortunately brought the bad phone back on the last possible day. The Westbank store did not have an available same phone to replace the 1st phone. There was a phone at the Slidell store that I was told I could pick up the following day. The following day at the Slidell store, after much discussion, the store GM said they could not provide the replacement phone because it would impact their sale numbers for the charge back of the bad phone. While Best Buy is a national company, their sale numbers for each store are apparently very important and cannot be adjusted after the fact so as not to impact the customer. The assistant manager drove the phone to the Westbank location and I followed soon thereafter to activate the 2nd phone. I have not any issues with the 2nd S10+ phone (which was brand new also), so the initial phone must have been a one off. While I was annoyed to drive almost 3 hours to Slidell and back unnecessarily and wait an hour at the store while a decision was being made what to do, I am satisfied with the result. I would not make any significant purchases from a Best Buy store from home, because in the rare event of a problem I would have to travel to the original store to perform a return.

The installation for the screen protector for my iPhone 13 pro max went seamlessly, albeit they threw out the box it came in after installing it. I asked about their screen protector guarantee (free replacement) and the representative said that I didn’t need it- this worried me a bit, but time will tell if this becomes an issue

The wonderful woman helping me with my new cellphone also helped me with putting a new glass screen protector on. She was fast and efficient putting it on. I have not had any problems with it since. If I had attempted to do this my self at home I feel I would have had difficulty getting it on. I appreciate that they offer this wonderful service.

Purchased the screen protector service on a couple different phones. Best Buy installed the screen protector and replaced the screen protector when the phone was dropped. Easy!

This service is totally worth the cost. They put them on perfect, no bubbles. no sending your screen Protector to a company to get a replacement because you broke it or messed it up. And if you don’t like the job they did then you can make them do it with another one. In my experience they put it on perfect the first time, only take 5-10 mins.

Although very difficult to locate, it takes the beating and protects the screen. I also like the guarantee, though I did have to go to three different Best Buy stores, finally finding one in a store 30 minutes from my home, so finding a store to go to for the replacement will most likely be as tricky.

This screen protector is great. Geek Squad put it on for me and it is holding up well. I have dropped my phone numerous times and it has protected the screen very nicely. No cracks.

A glass protector screen is clearer than others protectors.

Bought a screen shield at my local Best Buy and decided to have the staff there install it since I have tried in the past and always got a piece of lint or something under the shield which I then looked at for years. The staff installed the shield on my new iPhone 7 flawlessly, not a spec of anything under the shield. Worth every penny it cost to get it done right.

I purchased 2 new phone cases and glass screen protectors. I paid to have the screens put on and the two young men helping me got it done quickly and the right way. I could tell they work well together in their shared area. Super efficient work flow and customer friendly atmosphere. Very pleased with my experience. They even put our cases on for us!

I had difficulty placing screen protectors on myself but when the woman at best buy offered to put it on for me it came out flawless and was hassle free for me. 10/10 would recommend to have them do it for you. (I put a screen protector on my old phone to late and ended up with a cracked screen)

Paid for the screen protector installation service. Better to let someone else deal with it in my opinion and it was only 8 dollars. Took him about 4 tries to install it to my liking all the other times It had lint under the glass. So I kept asking him to fix it. He did until it was perfect.

Easy to install. Great protection. Does not reduce viewing.
