Add on Screen clear cover on iPhone cracked in corner and had minor scratches on screen cover. Sales Associate Replaced for free. IPhone screen was protected with no damage.

We bought a new IPad Pro and glass protective cover. To make sure the screen was properly applied, we had one of the Best Buy staff install the screen. After watching him do so, we realized there was no way we could have installed it as cleanly.

I knew that Best Buy had those protection items and they recommended the one I got. To save time they also installed it and guaranteed it. I'm glad I had them do the install because he had to cut some of the edge to make it fit properly. A month later it's doing the job I expected.

I am so glad I decided to pay for installation of the zagg glass. I generally don't like to pay for these things but I absolutely hate having bubbles on my screen because of poor installation. The Best Buy technician who installed the glass cover did it perfectly. Totally worth paying for it.

This one is a no-brainer. If you own a high-end phone, such as an iPhone 12 pro, tempered glass is essential. For eight dollars more than the cost of the product alone, a geek squad member will put it on your phone for you, and it comes with a lifetime replacement guarantee. If the tempered glass gets cracked for any reason, you just bring it back into Best Buy and they will replace it again for zero dollars. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to have it replaced on every phone I have ever owned. Had I not paid the extra eight dollars for this plan, I would’ve had to pay another $40 or so each time I got it replaced. Unless you are an extremely lucky person who never drops anything, you would be an absolute idiot not to get this coverage

Geek squad did rheir best installing a screen saver, however it was recalled by manufacturer. Doesent match the curvature of the phones screen. Falls off. Would recommend Geek Squad services, just no the zagg glass Galaxy S8+ screen saver. Geek Squad promptly refunded the installation charge.

Service technician was very professional with my screen shield installation. I was please with his work. It would be nice to have this service performed as a courtesy if you purchase the screen shield from Best Buy. The entire process to install the shield was less then 5 minutes.

I had Best Buy put my screen protection on phone. Paid them to do it,if I mess it up trying to put on it's not covered, if they mess up the install they will put a new one on. They did a good job no bubbles or coming up anywhere. It was worth the money to me to have them do it.

The screen shield is great but the it was installed crooked.

Screen protection service is a great idea as the screen protection glass can be easily chipped or cracked.

Best Screen protector I've used on any iPhone.I have the iPhone pro max now. Best Buy's best one they have in store IMO

I didn't feel comfortable putting the screen protector on myself so I had them do it, They were quick and made it look perfect. They were also informative that if I have to ever get another screen protector that this was a one time fee and they would do it free from then on.

Seamless (in application and functionality)! Great price to have the staff put the protector on and zero issues since.
