Screen protection service is a great idea as the screen protection glass can be easily chipped or cracked.

This is the bomb! I have so much trouble keeping screens intact. I’ve spent a fortune over the years replacing them. I can’t believe this company replaces the protective cover for FREE!! It’s insane.

I haven't had to use this yet, but i was told that it is for the lifetime of owning the phone. Hopefully they fulfill this service as they say.. lol! A plus is that they put the screen protector on the phone for you.

Having a professional to install the screen is beyond helpful. I do not have the patience or steady hands to apply the screen. I have yet to have a replacement screen ordered and replaced. Should I face a challenge, I will come back and add to my review.

Excellent screen protector. Ive dropped my phone several time and the screen still in one piece. Glass has a couple of scratches but thats the reason its there, to protect the actual screen. Recommended 100%

Great protection and with Total Tech had the Geek Squad install for free. No bubbles or creases. Have had this on other phones and it really works.

I never thought I’d use this but I bought it just in case. Sure enough my screen cracked in the corner and Best Buy came through. They put a new screen on for me and made the purchase worth it.

I have never had a blemish on the screen. When I dropped it I was sure it broke the body of the phone but I was pleasantly surprised that it required only a new screen saver.

Protector is very clear and provides great screen protection and the warranty is outstanding. Recommend.

A great deal and makes screen protector replacement a breeze. I have had this on my last 2 phones and just got it on my wife's phone as well. We both have the Galaxy Ultra models and have the Zagg screen protectors on them. You do pay a little more for the protector upfront than what you would pay from the "A" company but you don't have to apply it yourself and worry about dust particles and bubbles and when you get a scratch or a nick you just go to Best Buy and get a new one for free. I have had at least 3 replacements on my phone in less than a year and it has never been a hassle.

As advertised, protects my screen as intended and I could not be happier with this product. Best of all, it has a lifetime warranty. If the screen protector cracks Best Buy will replace it in kind for free.

My screen protector was installed by best buy associate and virtually undetectable visually, easy to keep clean , does not interfere with touch screen provide good protection for the screen very pleased wit it.

I tried installing the screen protector myself but failed and had many air bubbles beneath the surface. Geek squad was able to install it without any bubbles in it for me and make sure the protector just looked like it was a regular part of the screen.

They were great! No bubbles, no dust under screen, no blurs! Very much worth the $7.00 to have it installed. Plus, if it cracks because of a drop, just take it in and they will replace it, no problem!

I always get this product for my phones, if the product breaks I bring it in and they change it to a new one.

My screen protector was a replacement via warranty. The technician did the best he could to get it on with no bubbles. There were a few small ones when he finished but I know it's not easy to get the non-glass protectors on without blemish. I bought the original protector there and was surprised that they charged to install. I don't know what would have happened if it had been a bad install bc they don't carry the protector for my phone in store.

I love that I can come in for a screen protector install whenever her and they do such a great job.

Works great! Easy to keep clean, vey clear, and doesn't interfere with my fingerprint or face recognition. I had the customer service guy at the store install it. Well worth the $5.00!!
