I haven't had to use this yet, but i was told that it is for the lifetime of owning the phone. Hopefully they fulfill this service as they say.. lol! A plus is that they put the screen protector on the phone for you.

All I had to to do was give the techs my iPad and new screen protector and I received a pretty much flawless install of it.

What can you say about a screensaver? It works. It protects my phone screen.

There is a fee for having Best Buy install the glass screen protector- totally worth it for assurance that it was installed correctly. Also if it breaks during installation the team member can just get another off the shelf and do it again for you at no added cost.

reflections, glare, have not been noticed, Pixel 7 can tell where i am touching, haven't done anything to cause scratches.

This is an awesome service from Best Buy. No longer have to mail in the old screen protector to Zagg and wait for them to send the new one.

It’s so much better to have these guys install your screen protector. They do it so many times and are less likely to mess it up.

Having a professional to install the screen is beyond helpful. I do not have the patience or steady hands to apply the screen. I have yet to have a replacement screen ordered and replaced. Should I face a challenge, I will come back and add to my review.

My screen protector was installed by best buy associate and virtually undetectable visually, easy to keep clean , does not interfere with touch screen provide good protection for the screen very pleased wit it.

Works great! Easy to keep clean, vey clear, and doesn't interfere with my fingerprint or face recognition. I had the customer service guy at the store install it. Well worth the $5.00!!

They were great! No bubbles, no dust under screen, no blurs! Very much worth the $7.00 to have it installed. Plus, if it cracks because of a drop, just take it in and they will replace it, no problem!

When replacing my damaged screen protector, I always get bubbles. The Best Buy staff did a fast, efficient and perfect job (no bubbles) of fixing my 2 phones.

Get them to do it. the service rep messed up the first one and just replaced it no problem it looked good and invisible when he was through. very pleased.
