Deciding to have a professional geek squad certified member install the screen protector on my phone was a great choice. Short wait in line, very polite and professional. Install was done right the first time. Very pleased with the result.

Installation is cheap, it's guaranteed, it's a no brainer to have a professional install the shield. I've done it in the past without good luck & the shield is expensive to have to buy again. Plus it messes up your screen when you take it off.

They did not have an S9 protector, but said S8 would fit the same. It was laid just at the edge of my face camera lens so it left a foggy edge when taking photos. However, it saved my screen already so it was worth it to protect my phone before walking out the store with a naked screen.

After dropping my phone, I cracked the ZAGG invisible shield. If I had not had this shield on my phone the screen would have been cracked. Best Buy did excellent job of installing new screen that I received from ZAGG warranty replacement policy.

Best Buy associate did a great job adding the screen to iPhone 13 pro with no bubbles, etc. it was completed quickly. Always want to keep my screen protected.

I have BB install my screen protector when getting a new phone. It saves me the hassle and I don't have to worry about messing it up and buying a new one. If it is not installed properly (misaligned, bubbles etc) then I have them redo it.

No fuss screen protector. I can see indents on the plastic that would've dented my phone screen so it's doing it's job. I'm quite happy with how it doesn't unstick at the edges and how it disappears while the screen is on.

For the life of me, every screen protector that I have personally installed on any product has always come out absolutely crooked. From my first iPhone to my psp, ps vita Nintendo DS and 3DS... I could never for the life of me, get them aligned well. This time, I had a Best Buy employee install my screen protector and it looks perfectly aligned. While I haven’t measured it with a magnifying glass, from my point of view- it looks absolutely symmetrical. Of course, I am sure every employee might yield different results as everyone is human but the employee who specifically helped my was absolutely meticulous with the process. Absolutely astounding!
