I would recommend this service to any one who has problems putting on their own screen protector. Not only have they done a great job each time I've gotten a new device, but if they mess up then they replace the screen protector!

My son dropped my phone onto the concert drive way from over 10 feet high while we were working on a project ended up face down, broke the screen protector, no damage to the screen.

Install of a screen protection service on my new cell phone done right and fast the first time.

Definitely protects my phone and using it for my Google 3XL. I would give it 5 stars but the people at Best buy had hard time putting it on and had to use more than one. I already dropped it and the protector cracked but not my phone so definitely worth getting.

Was able to walkout of the store with my new phone protected and I didn't have to deal with the tedious install. Includes warranty reinstalls according to the rep.

I love that best buy will replace the screen protector for a lifetime warranty. I also love that best buy would put it on the phone so its bubble and streak free.

Bought protective for phone and watch. Extremely happy with screen protector for the phone. Had a crack and was happily replaced at BB location. Definetly worth it. sWatch one also had to be replaced, but unfortunately they have to be ordered through the website. The replacement item is free. However, they charge you shipping ($10) Unless you plan on having several replacements on the watch protection, I don’t feel like this purchase is worth it.

The protector was applied by a Best Buy associate. Looks great, very happy.

Glass protector does a great job and it is thin enough you can’t even tell it’s there. It is a lot easier to replace a glass protector than it is to replace a broken screen.

So we purchased a zagg screen protector for my daughters phone which comes with a lifetime replacement through zagg. And I like that at best buy when you pay for the screen protection service they will put the screen protector on for you and are very proficient at doing so. And now they have added that I can come straight to them and get my free replacements when need and not have to go through zagg. which saves me money on the shipping fee and wait time and having to to try and put the on the replacement myself. And because I am a best buy member I dont have to worry about hanging on to my receipt. By using my phone number when I ring out, all my transaction are on file!

the phone shield was just what i wanted, and the guy who put it on for me was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! and the best part is if something happens to this shield (it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty, but this is my 3rd shield - the first 2 were thru verizon and had to go thru the hassle of returning my old one to get a replacement, which took forever, and within a week after the guy at verizon putting it on, it started cracking around the edges - it appears he did not put it on completely aligned), i can bring it back and get a new one and have it installed right then and there!

the screen protector is great, it doesn't interfere with touch operation, but it is a great for saving the screen from scratches.

would i purchase it again ? my partner purchased it before me and has already had to use the great benefits of this plan. it’s a must have !

Service was very fast and also efficient. Staff was also very friendly.

I wouldn't by a smartphone today without putting protection on the screen. No scratches to deal with; fingerprints are easy to wipe clean. No interruption using your phone.

I always seem to mess up the screen protectors. They were able to not only help me find the best screen protector install it quickly without bubbles. Lasted a good while as well.
