I almost felt sorry as the head guy had to go get a new package and start over - but he did it and no bubbles or hair. So it's not just US!

They do a very good job in installing the screen protectors. no air bubbles and scratch marks. very happy.

They work great because Tony Thomas helped us get all the data transferred from our older phones to the new ones! Pics, downloads, music, apps, screen savers, and all! He was meticulous with every detail! We are enjoying their newer features and the many similarities to the our older Galaxy phones--helps to get a head start right off! Thank you, BEST BUY. A really good offer! Also, Apple care is amazing and is included at no extra cost. We have it through our Best Buy membership plan for all our apple products and can go directly to the apple store to get issues resolved or products replaced at no additional cost.

Get a pro, bubbles suck

My family has applied screens at home and had it done at a couple of mall shops. Never turns out as good.
