Service was excellent, installation of the screen protector was faultless. Price was a bit high, but I have never been able to apply a screen protector w/o bubbling, Best Buy was.

I've had several of these screen protectors. they work great. Protector may get scratched but the phone's face is protected.

This service from Best Buy is worth it. Yes, it's easy to install screen protectors yourself, but it saved me time and if I was unhappy with the results they would install a new protector.

I could have installed this product myself, but since my phone was an edge curved screen this would have been more difficult, the team member was perfect when she installed and smoothed out the protection glass screen

I love that best buy will replace the screen protector for a lifetime warranty. I also love that best buy would put it on the phone so its bubble and streak free.

I have dropped my phone multiple times and the screen protector save it from cracking. Now the screen protector itself cracks but you have an unlimited replacement warranty for that. This is a must have product for cell phones.

So the guy who put on my screen protector did an awesome job. I have had no problems with it and he was extremely quick and definitely knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend it.

The sales guy put the screen protector on and got it right the first time. It's worth it to pay the small amount to have him do it rather than try it yourself and risk having to buy another screen protector because you screwed it up.

Very handy to have the professionals install the screen protectors. I cannot ever seem to do it correctly. If they install it wrong, they will get a new one and start over. Fantastic service!

the phone shield was just what i wanted, and the guy who put it on for me was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! and the best part is if something happens to this shield (it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty, but this is my 3rd shield - the first 2 were thru verizon and had to go thru the hassle of returning my old one to get a replacement, which took forever, and within a week after the guy at verizon putting it on, it started cracking around the edges - it appears he did not put it on completely aligned), i can bring it back and get a new one and have it installed right then and there!

Glass protector does a great job and it is thin enough you can’t even tell it’s there. It is a lot easier to replace a glass protector than it is to replace a broken screen.

A mobile phone specialist actually installed instead of Geek Squad because in his words "sometimes they rush it and do it sloppy." Looked comfortable doing it and it came out perfect even on the curved screen of GS9+.
