We have five cell phones in our family. Buying the ZAGG screen shields was one of the the best decisions we’ve made for our phones. We haven’t had to buy a new screen protector for years. The warranty support at Best Buy is top-notch. When my screen cracks, I take it to them for a free replacement!

I wouldn’t ever install screen protectors myself. Pay for this service! If they get it wrong, they’ll go until they get it right! I witnessed this, personally! One low fee; pay it, upfront.

Had a mixed experience with screen protector installation on Samsung S8+. Geek Squad really didn't get it on as well as they should have the first time, and the edges wouldn't stay down (due to the curved screen) and collected dust, which made it even worse. A week later I took it back and they replaced the protector, and it was a little better. But I also used a trick that I saw a salesperson do in the store - continually keep rubbing down the sides down on the protector as much as possible over the first couple of days. Today it is staying in place very well. This experience was a bit disappointing as the Geek Squad should have done numerous ones of these and known how to apply better. The sales floor definitely did... But again, since their management was willing to make it right, and I also continued to rub it down in place over the first several days, it is fine at this point.

Well I did decide to purchase this screen protector because the material is durable. But it doesn't have a good sticking to the screen quality, like the other film type protectors covers.

Best buy service is always great at replacing the broken screen. My wife is super clumsy and best buy techs always put a new one on nice and straight.

Glad I purchased the protection only had phone a week and slipped out my hand and hit the floor cracked the screen protector only
