Best Buy Rep. placed the screen protector on iPhone 11 Pro and did an excellent job. No bubbles, lint of anything under screen. Prefect job!

Have tried to install my own screen on last 2 phones and just doesn't go well. This time I let Best buy tech install and it looks perfect. Anticipate it will last longer than the phone!

The install itself was ok. Personally, I think it could have been better. First & foremost, I think the price of the install was just too much. It's literally something that takes 3-4 minutes TOPS and I feel should come with the price of the product. Secondly, while the installer was nice, personable and appeared to be hard working...It took him way to longer to put the screen protector on. He was holding a conversation with his co-worker and I felt like it slowed him down from getting the job done sooner. Once completed, the screen looked amazing. We have had no issues since it's installation. There was just room for improvement in this process.

I have tried to put on screen protectors myself and always leave bubbles. You can definitely trust BEST BUY to put it on correctly and if they dont they will re do it for free.

The Best Buy employees are pros when installing the Screen Shield. I used to try it myself several years ago but always wound up with “bubbles”. Now I just leave it to the experts.

This is my favorite thing Best Buy has done in a long time! Not having to deal with Zagg’s replacement process is a SCREEN SAVER! Pun intended! I have used this service many times. Lots of phones in the house. Screen protector breaks, go to Best Buy, have screen protector replaced! Easy as that! (Total Tech is great pairing - Saves the $X install fee)

This seems to be a great service, they installed the screen protector and will replace it if gets scratched.

The screen protector is great for the phone, however with a case it is in the position of being lifted rather quickly each time. It doesn't hug the the phone as it should.

The prescribed item does not fit well on the face of the IWatch. Frequently have to resecure the corners where air gets into the space between the screen and watch face.

My daughter all ready drop her phone and NO damage was done to her phone screen, it did it job well!

It was quick and simple, but seemed expensive for putting on a screen protector.

It is so easy to take my phone in with a chipped/broke screen saver and take it to the desk, tell them that I need a new one and then sit back and wait while they do all the work. Sure beats going to AT&T and waiting in line for an agent and then be told that they no longer carry the screen saver that I need and I used to pay for each screen saver

I always recommend the trusted security that Best Buy just takes care of this for me. I’ve done this with several phones and watches and tablets over the years.

Service was amazing. Was helped out by a guy named Kevin. Asked if I needed help, he did help me put on my screen protector. Very nice person. Overall amazing experience
