They did a good job with putting in the screen protectors. Took about 10-15 minutes. There is a fee but I personally think that there shouldn't be a fee if you are buying the product from them.

Having the BB staff put the protection shield on and being able to walk out the door with it already done was great.

Excellent service as always. Best Buy always installs the screen protectors perfectly. It seems that I could be in a certified cleanroom, coverall and all..and still wind up with a dust particle under the protector. The lifetime replacement coverage is the best. Thank you Best Buy!

Great service. I didn’t know they installed screen protectors but after they asked I let them do it and they did a great job. No bubbles.

The first one I had put on was crooked and there was something under it. I was not happy with it at all. I took it back and they put a new on for me. The second installer did it perfectly.

Bought highly rated screen protectors from Amazon. The directions on the package were almost indecipherable, so between my inexperience and disability, I chose to have my protector installed by someone with experience. The tech had never worked with a paper-like screen protector before, so they said if they screwed it up, there'd be no charge. Fair enough. But everything went smoothly. Now that I've watched, may do it myself next time. Quality and ease of use are not relevant in this case.
