My old rwdvd/cdrom wore out. They didn't have an internal one in stock that would fit in my box.. which turned out to be a blessing .. the new laptops don't seem to come with them. With the USP port I'll be able to use it for each of them.

Seagate has been around forever & produces consistently good products. I have no hesitation in recommending a hard drive made by Seagate.

Im currently using this in my home media server. So far it's working good and access times are better than those green hard drives. Well worth the money.

Needed a drive quickly to replace a Barracuda that failed. The SATA drive is nice, but even at 7200 RPM I'd like it to be a bit faster, but that cost money or has to be mail ordered and I needed it fast. Good Cache, good transfer rates

Great hard drive. Purchased for my Gateway that crashed. I restored it using backed up data and was back up and running the next day,

I needed another drive as a backup for a failing external USB hard disk that was the same size. I just installed it in my machine and it worked like a charm!

This drive added the capacity I need for my old computer that was getting full but the installation software would only copy all the partitions from the existing drive when I only wanted to copy 1. This made my installation difficult.

Always liked seagate and trusted the product but this time the hard drive failed. It was not open box. The drive was bad straight out of the box. Took it back and exchanged it for the Western Digital, which worked.

Replace a failed Drive in my ext hard drive with this Sea Gates and it works like new. The backup drive was about 5 yrs old and would only except another Seagate hard drive. Raid 1 saved the day.

Toner cartridge TN-450 provides sufficient contrast for much of the copies made but slowly fades out. Supposed to be designed for 2600 copies but latter copies are faded out and not easy to read..
