    This hard drive is great and comes with a 2yr warranty. I try to all ways buy Seagate because they are reliable!

    I got this hard drive as a replacement for an extra desk top but I winded up replacing the one in the gaming computer and putting that one in the extra computer since this new one has better specs.

    Replacement of old drive was super simple. Plugged in new drive and the raid system saw it right away and incorporated it. I notice the box said it was raid ready and it was.

    This hard drive is great for storing information on to it from your main HD. Don't make this the main HD because it can not handle the stress...

    Used this to install Windows 8 on in RAID. Works greatt, but a little pricey for a hard drive of its size. Otherwise I would give it a thumbs up.

    A must to keep sensitive info safe and secure. If C drive gets hacked, your info will be on alternate drive.

    My last OEM drive failed after 14 months. Previous drives in former computers lasted years. Although Seagate hard drives have a good reputation, It is too soon to truly evaluate this product.
