Great value for replacement drive storage Easy to install, reputable product Seems to work great

This is the second drive I have installed in my '08 iMac. I replaced the original 250GB drive with a 500GB 3&1/2 years ago. I paid less for this one than the 500GB.

I thought it would be hard to set up but it was not. great product. Great price. Easy to use.

This was purchased as economy choice replacement to a failed 500 gb SATA drive in a friends computer system. Installed easily first time. Quiet drive which we hope lasts a few years. We copied over most all of his old data using some Linux partition magic software that came with the Ultimate Boot CD download. That software was able to view the contents where the prior windows installation could not. We copied to an external drive over the matter of a day or so. Then, installed Windows on this drive and copied the backups from the external to the new Windows installation. Worked like a charm!

I'm hoping this will not fill up too quickly, as I have had that problem in the past. The small sleekness of the product is a plus, for usage in a small confined place.

Well, I just needed some more disk space. The drive was easy to install, as all the necessary screws and cables were included. The disk fit nicely into my computer case, I had all the parts needed, there were no jumbers to adjust, and the BIOS recognized the drive immediately. All I had to do was partition it, format, and install my operating system. As a bonus, the drive was on sale at the time I needed it!

Hard disk crashed and needed a quick simple solution. Picked up this hard drive, got a good price and worked like a charm. This will be my new standard for hard drives.

The hard drive is doing great I really do not know how to grade a hard drive but so far so good. I have not had any problems and my computer is running real good.

Getting a 1 TB hard drive with 7200 RPM spindle speed for such a good price was great! I liked the drives so much I eventually bought 3 of this drive for my PC's.

The Seagate TB drive is excellent! Plug it in and it works with my mac. There is plenty of room to use Apple's Time machine and keep my hardrive backed up.

After slow loading I took my tower to Geek Squad for tech support. They said my hard drive needed replaced. So glad I did. My computer runs so much faster now.

very good HD, I use both seagate sata drives and SSD. this drive is very quiet, works good but slower than SSD. For a large drive, I been happy with this drive.

I wanted a hard drive that I could depend on. I had bought one in the past that had crashed. Seagate is a name and brand i've come to associate with quality.

Drive installed easily enough. Could not get the included software to clone my drive which was failing. Downloaded freeware and got the job done. No problems since.

My son's computer hard drive crashed. I looked for one to match the one he had. This drive fit the bill. It was easy to install and worked like a charm.

Back Up hard drive crashed. Purchased the Seagate as a replacement and so far so good. Installation was a breeze and the included software is an added bonus

Once I figured out how to remove the hard drive cradle from the computer case, the installation was simple and this replacement drive works great - it saved my PC, although I had to reinstall a bunch of programs, it allowed me to also get rid of a bunch of extraneous stuff. So the overall experience was easy, and beneficial.

The hard drive on my 4 year old computer crashed. Researched comparable hard drives. This was a great value and great price. Had it installed. Works perfect.

I have a lot of hard drives. Some have lasted forever and some last a year. Seagate has rarely ever let me down. The true test comes over time, so all I can say is that it's working fine so far. Got it at a great price, to boot.

This has proven to be an excellent hard drive. I've had no negative issues with it. The Geek Squad got it up and running and there have been no problems.
