Seagate is my preferred hardrive brand

For example, the drive I replaced was a Hitachi in an HP desktop that was only 18 months old. Hopefully the Seagate will hold up better, time will tell. Convenient in-store purchase at competetive price.

Great Hard Drive at Great Price

Fast, quiet and spacious. Just what anyone would want from a new hard drive today. Simple to install, automatic setup with any modern version of Windows. I used to be a Western Digital Guy. But I took a chance a few years back when Seagate broke the 1 terabyte storage size and havent looked back since.

quick easy hard drive changeout

Change out was a snap. Connections went quickly. Supplied software accurately copied the old drive contents in just a few minutes. Now after about a month it is working perfectly.

Drive works good in Linux

I unplug my win 7 drive and plug in this drive with Linux ( yes I use a ground strap ) It's said after using windows for 20 years they push us into win 10 snoop ware over 100 tracking found so far.. Make sure your new computer can turn off UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) If it can't it's a windows only computer but Linux is working to fix this MS bug
