Good replacement drive

No software is included - - cloning software must be downloaded from Seagate website. Best Buy advertises this as having a 5-year warrenty, but the model being sold only has a 2-year warranty.

Worked first time

Using the downloadable Seagate cloning software everything went quickly with no problems. Booted from new disk and everthing was perfect.
