Gets the Job Done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought 5 of these over the last year to replace various other older hard drives. 4 have been used in 2 separate Raid 1 setups and one to replace a hard drive in a DVR. All passed pre-install drive testing and work as expected. Note the product features page on the Best Buy website states "Data transfer rates up to 3 Gbps". On the products package and on the Seagate website they are listed as having a SATA 6 Gb/s interface, backward compatible to SATA 3/1.5 Gb/s.
