My hard drive on my main desktop recently died without warning. After much review reading and online shopping I picked this one and I am very happy with it so far. Will update if anything changes with my rating of this product.

Could probably have found it cheaper but was in a bind. Easy install, no issues so far.

Had a server go down and needed hard drives. Best Buy had them in STOCK!! Saved the day!

If you're strapped on cash and need to replace or upgrade your hard drive then this will work great. The Solid State Drives are more reliable and faster if you can afford it...

This hard drive was well worth the money I spent on it's purchase. A big thumbs up!

This drive was installed in a NAS device and has worked well in that application.

I like this drive. It is as quiet as the WD green series but runs faster so the performane is quite good. Drive works as advertised. Have it running 24/7 for a month so far and its doing well.

Had no issue imagining old drive to this new unit. Plus for the price why would you !

We purchased this hard drive after ours crashed. This one has worked well so far.

When I went to pick up my item the lady who checked me out was very rude to me. She kept giving me this attitude like she wasn't happy I was there or she didn't want to be there period. She kept talking to one of her coworkers and the way she kept looking at me it made me feel like she wanted me to leave. Trust me I didn't want to drive all the way to Cordova after working 11 hours in Millington and not get home till after 8 that night. All I wanted was to pick up my item and not have the attitude I was given. The item I purchased BTW is fine, it works fine and yes I will recommend the item to anyone.

This was a great drive. Bought it to replace a burnt WD. I figured going to Seagate is the next best alternative. I have had a few WD burn, hopefully Seagate will last longer than 2 years.

Bought for my aging PC, MB is an Asus P5E3. Replaced a 8 year old seagate that was starting to fail (boot issues). Unplugged old, plugged in new, Windows disk in drive, turn on and GO!

The Seagate 1 TB Internal Hard Drive was easy to install, setup, and get Windows running on it. No issues with Hard Drive so far. Would buy another Seagate Hard Drive.

This is a basic hard drive. 7200 rpms gives it a good speed. the 1TB storage is great for storing all your data on. Plug the power cable in and the sata cable in and you are all set

This was good replacement for our failing hard drive. It's been working great.

I mainly use SSDs now, but at the time I bought this, my 10 year old Western Digital drive was beginning to make a lot of grinding noise and was transferring slower than it should, so I knew it was time to retire the old drive, so I got this to replace it, and it's done well for me. Now it is a bit dated, since I have 2.5 TB of SSD storage, but if Seagate's upcoming "Mach.2" drives release the end of this year for a good price, I'll likely upgrade because Mach.2 effectively doubles read and write performance.

Upgraded from a 250 gb to this after getting tired of uninstalling games all the time. Has worked very smoothly since install and still has plenty of room.

I think its a great hd for the money.it was easy to install,went to manufacturers website and walks you through the install and how to get it working with your pc.tons of space.
