Seagate Hard Drives, always reliable!

Good Product Good Price

Maybe, because many years ago, I switched to Seagate. I would get IBM, Maxtor's etc. Basically what ever the best price was. I found I don't have an issue with seagate. So when I have a family or friend whom has a bad hardrive, I change it out with a Seagate. I like them and I think they are worth the money and the best part is they are comparable in price to other brand names

new disk for a laptop - arrived on time, works fin

Great for external DVR storage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used to replace old WD Green HD that died after appr 5 years usage in an external eSata HD unit that was providing additional storage space for a Cox Cable Scientific Atlanta 8240HDC DVR. Simple, easy install and unit was recognized by the DVR immediately. Was prompted to format the drive and it has been working flawlessly - no stuttering or artifacts on playback of recorded video. Will be happy if this drive can provide a similar 5 years of smooth operation.

HDD REPLACEMENT

Good Drive at a Good Price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Was reaching capacity on my old 500GB hard drive and was getting ready to upgrade to Windows 10 so I figured it was a good time to get a new drive. This fit the bill and was priced the same as the retail box on my favorite online computer parts site. I bonus was buying here save waiting for shipping. Cloned my old drive onto this one and then upgraded to Windows 10 - instant backup of old data as a bonus. Works like a charm.
