    This would be my 2nd time that I purchase this internal hard drive. I have upgrade from windows 7 home to windows 7 pro and wanted to start out with a new hard drive. I use many computers. I did not want to get any thing bigger in size. I have used this drive before and wanted to get another one just like it. I have used Seagate for many many years. You won't find a better drive in this size.

    Works after formatting and getting device manager to recognize hard drive. I like plug and play devices and in this day and age all new hard drives should come pre-formatted.

    My hard drive crashed and I was without my computer. I took it t Best Buy where I received excellent service getting a new drive. The work was completed ahead of schedule. I have always been very pleased with the products and service at Best Buy. The sales agent was very helpful in helping me select the new drive and I will continue to be a Best Buy customer.
