I bought may things over the years, only once did I have to return something but there was no problem in doing so, everyone treated me respectfully. It's a great place to shop and a great place for quality items.

Works like it should and you can't beat a tb of hard drive space for that price. Fresh install of windows and it works great! Wish I had the money to drop on an ssd but this will be more than enough until I can.

Good Replacement Drive

Fairly simple install, used my backup external drive to restore data, re-installed W10 and programs and all is well.

Computer works great now

I took it to a computer specialist and came back home having more problems. I was told the hard drive was not the problem. After replacing the part no more problems. Highly recommended.

Easy to hook up

The reasonable price and large capacity are good selling points.
