Bought this to stage on my desk to replace a portable drive that was dropped and sadly unrecoverable. I used command strips to secure it to the glass top on my desk so that it does not get knocked over or dropped. This thing has tons of space.

Nice hard drive. I bought this for my xbox 1 and it was easy to set up . I actually feel dumb for not getting one years ago instead of erasing games constantly for more storage. It feels great to freely download whatever i want without worrying about storage.

I held out for this to come back in stock and it was worth it. Now I can transfer all the data on my PC to this hard drive for back-up. Huge worry off my mind. Plus, the two USB outlets on the front of this drive are an absolutely brilliant idea. Thanks, Best Buy

I have had no issues with this Seagate - Backup Plus Hub 6TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive . It was simple to connect with my Pc. it works as it is supposed to. I would recommend it to anyone looking to have added data storage.

Bought this to use as a 3rd external drive for XBOX one. Yes, you can use 3 drives and Xbox recognized the 3rd one with no issues. With this one plugged in front, the front two USB ports can be used for charging your controllers.

For as big as files are now days, this is a must. Seagate has always treated me great and never lost any files. I'm probably a bit bias towards Seagate, but hey, if it's a great product, thennwhy not? This is something to consider if you're needing something with more storage.

Very pleased with this hard drive was shocked at the price for 6tb. Cannot find anything cheaper with that much space. Using it as a network backup working well so far.

My old back up disk failed. I like this one because it has ports I can use to charge my phone or my headphones. Nice size it can be mounted flat or on its side.

Excellent. Always been one of the best USB at a very competitive price. I used it in several circumstances and it was an amazing item to protect fromevenntual power surge.

Works as advertised. I hooked the wires up, plugged it in and I was off and running. Now I have enough space for at least the next year of photos.

This is my SECOND purchase of this 6TB Backup Plus Hub. The first one - connected to another Windows 10 computer - has worked quite well over the past four months so I decided to buy another one for another Windows 10 computer as I like the convenience of having the extra USB ports so easily accessed. However, THIS unit would either not be recognized by the second computer at all OR would somehow disconnect from the computer on its own (a few nights ago I checked to see if it was connected, the next morning it wasn't yet nothing had been done in the meantime). I have tried three different cables and "wiggled" the daylights out of them to, sometimes, get a connection made. I also hooked it up to another computer and the problem still remained. I was lead to believe that I could exchange the unit at a Best Buy store but the closest one didn't have any in stock plus checking on-line established that Best Buy had none in stock. I was told by a Best Buy employee to contact Seagate directly and have returned the unit to them. Fortunately, I do NOT trust computers and have a great fear of losing data that is important to my business (website, two catalogs, shop production info, etc. ) as I have had numerous computer-related failures since I bought my first one - an IBM PC AT in 1983 (?). I have other extra hard drives already connected to my computers for backups so this singular failure will not hurt me - it's just disappointing to waste so much time trying to figure what is wrong.

This is ç. Because you can connect 2 more drives through the Seagate drive you gain USB inputs. The backup apps works well too.

I have had other seagate backup drives. They have been good and I think this one will be too. Was easy to set up.

Purchases this when it was on sale. It’s very quiet and works on both my 2011 IMac and my PC.
