I love that this comes in 4 TB, and is still small and easily transportable. I have not used all the space yet and it feels nice having so much flexibility, space-wise. Be sure to format this to something other than Fat32, if you want to save files larger than 4GB.

This Hard Drive is great if you need a lot of space, reliability and quick transfers.

It was hard to find technical specs n this drive -- it's thicker than other external drives, I wanted to make sure it wasn't two drives stacked in a RAID 0 array, doubling my chances of having a catastrophic failure. With a bunch of reading and research I was able to finally find one place site that makes it pretty certain it's a single drive, extra platter, using Seagate's new Shingled Magnetic Recording (SMR) technology to eke out 4TB. So, I'm happy to have that much space in a portable USB drive!

I use a company phone, this external is small and easy to carry around to transfer photos and other information from my company phone to this private server. No work related documents here ¬_¬

Works well with Mac and quickly reads and writes. No issues so far.

At first I was going to use it for my Mac because is't literally plug and play. But then decided to use it for my playstation pro as external storage. Just reformatted it, easy process, and now works perfect for adding storage to my PS4.

The Seagate Backup Plus Hub is fast, has tons of storage and since it comes with two additional USB 3.0 ports it won't hog your desktop's expansion options. The drive has software that lets it work with Mac and Windows interchangeably.

This is my second Seagate backup drive. First was for 1TB --- need the 4TB now. So easy to set up on the iMac. Very reliable when migrating info from one computer to another. Can't go wrong with this product.

I own a bunch of these drives for my business. They are very reliable. I would recommend the other, more-expensive Seagate 4TB FAST drive if you want speed. I use these drives to back up the FAST drives.

I love this product. I have a 2tb passport but I ran out of storage since I have too many 4K movies. I love my new passport. 4tb OMG. Easy to install and use. I highly recommend this product.

The product works well as a back up for both of my mac's (iMac 2016 and macBook Pro 2011). I have not tried it on my PC. Wanted to use it with my xbox to use extra space for storing games but I would have to format it to do so. If it worked with my Xbox as well I would give this product 5 starts.

I use this to store my pictures in Lightroom - take it from home to school - it's nice to have so much storage in such a small device
