I had several Western Digital hard drives that failed on me...so I switched to Seagate...awesome choice...never let me down so far!!!

This powerful storage device is compact, slick design and so easy to install. I have the Mac version. Had no instructions except pictures showing plug in and plug USB in the computer. And...literally...that is all I did and I was on my way to storing files.

Easy plug and play interface, compact size for 4TB. Good choice, especially if on sale.

I needed a small drive to use on my MacBook Pro for Time Machine. Since I use the computer for business I always backup everything. The drive is small, and quiet. No setup needed, it was plug and play. Read and Write speed is fast and Time Machine works perfectly with it.

I bought this to use with my Mac and time machine. So far it's working fine and it was a good price and it's a good name brand. I hope it continues to work great. I have had it for 2 months and it has been fine.

I like the plug and play feature. We are using it as our Time Machine backup for our iMac and it is doing a terrific job. It's low profile and footprint make it perfect for an uncluttered office setting.

Bought this hard drive for my PS4 now will never worry about not having enough memory again. Took roughly 30 minutes to transfer all the games I had onto it now holding 30 games on it and have only used 1/16 of the memory great hard drive

My MacBook Air was running a little slow because of the excess amount of data and work I do when traveling. Purchased this to replace the slow external hard drive I had. Now my laptop is running Smoothly! Worth the purchase.

Needed a new external hard drive to use Time Capsule backup for my iMac. No nonsense plug in and go. Not difficult to setup or use. Gives me peace of mind for a "physical/mechanical" backup of the desktop computer as well as the cloud.

Great for backing up my Macbook. Very small footprint as well.

Seagate 4TB are well worth the buy and last, as they work seamlessly and the extended recovery drive programs offered by Seagate to great to have to ease the minds of people always worried about the what if the drive breaks down.

bought this to back up my iMac with Time Capsule - working flawlessly. My motivation was because I started converting all my 8mm video tapes to files for my computer for storage and conversion to DVD, store in the cloud too

Price was good. Easy to set up. I have lots of extra memory now.

I bought this on sale and it just works. I had been looking at it for a while. I have no problems with it. I don't have a lot of data on it so it seems pretty fast. I ended up buying the 2tb version for my wife as well.

Currently using this as a second backup for the server in a small office setting. I do have offsite backup, but I felt it was necessary to have a second backup just in case. It gets the job done. No complaints here.

This remote hard drive is everything you would expect. It is fast and I am replacing another drive. Works well with the Mac and now I have a much larger storage for the photos and files going back a number of years

I picked this up in hopes that it would work for my xbox one. It works great and i like only having to plug it into a usb rather than usb and the wall. Would reccommend to anyone looking for some extra storage.
