I have 2 external drives which are 2.5" and 2 external drives which are 3.5". However, even though the 2.5" were thin enough, they still took some portion when i packed my bag. This very thin external drive is amazing. I really like it. And using Seagate, luckily I never experienced a error, so I am very pleased with the product.

I own many of these seagate drives and they have held up nicely. I like the usb 3 plug and power feature it saves me from having to carry a power supply. I would probably buy the larger drive next time.

I use this to backup my MacBook Pro. It is small and light so very easy to travel with.

I was pleasantly surprised by the product. It is plug and play. No set up required. I plugged it in and was instantly able to start dragging files from my old computer. Saved all of my old pictures so that I can get rid of that computer without loosing any of my pictures or files.

This external drive is great you just plug it in and it automatically sets up without having to do a whole set up its easy to put and save your pictures and music and documents.

This was a spur of the moment purchase as my other Windows laptop was on it's last legs with keyboard issues. I spoke with the store salesman and my daughter over the phone, and they both steered me to this MacBook Air. It's been a pleasure to use and so easy to transport.

I needed a small, large capacity external ,drive for my notebook computer. This fit the bill. Using the USB3 port, the file access is fast and reliable. I use it mainly for picture and video storage, accessing it for editing in Lightroom and Photoshop. Very nice drive.
