Drive works nicely. Too bad customer service is not as good at giving service. Lots of confusion over price, incorrectly marked items, a sales staff that had little idea what they were doing and a manager who accused me of changing the price on the item even though his salesperson was right there to confirm the price. All in front of other customers. Incredibly embarrassing to me. Uncalled for and no apology from the manager even after he realized that he had made a mistake. When I worked in retail that was something you would get fired for doing. To make matters worse I reported this to customer service on line- no acknowledgement- nothing.

I bought this to replace one that had been stolen. It is even better than what I had. I love it! It's fast, fits into my pocket and very very reliable.

I find this Seagate external hard drive extremely easy to use to back up my files. It is very compact and takes up very little room in my computer case or in my office.

This is my second slim ultra. They are very fast and very slim. Seagate has always been good to me and this is my favorite model of HD.

Thing is super fast and easy to use. We load up everything on there and get t from there. It's easy to set up and get up and going.

I would say I used this as a bac up for by laptop looks are amazing works with both Mac and Windows. Light weight stylish and sturdy

This is a light weight high capacity external hard drive which fits easily in your travel case.

This hard drive has a remarkable amount of memory, yet fits in a pocket. I use it as a bckup device for the files, photos, videos, etc on my PC. The automatic backup application works very well. The retrieve function is a little hard to use (you have to drill down through the file structure until you find the files(s) you want to restore). I would give this HD five stars if the functionality was easier to use.

I would give it 5 stars but had trouble with it with my new computer. The plug and play wouldn't work even after I downloaded the software from Seagate. It worked great with my other computer. I searched and was not able to locate good contact info for Seagate support. Fortunately, ASUS support and I figured it out. This drive replaced an older Seagate drive.
