Cables missing from box

Open box to find the cable bags already ripped open and missing all the pcie cables. So now I can’t install my new gpu because I am missing the power cables for it. And unfortunately since I didn’t need to open it until now I’m outside the return window so I just have to leave a negative review at this point and move on and buy additional cables. Lesson. Always open your product when you buy them.

I think because the fan is not running, it's overheating and making this weird noise. Seasonic's manual states that if you press the button on the back, the fan will always run---that is not the case for me. Thus, this PSU is a ticking TIME BOMB! BOOOOOM!!!!
