One of the best films I've seen in years, "Secret in Their Eyes" has a stellar cast, a superb plot line and shock/surprise ending that amazes. I highly recommend this film for adult viewers. It's wonderful to see a beautifully- written script matched with such a talented ensemble cast. The plot builds with moment-by moment intensity, beginning with a call to investigate a local homicide. Within moments, things get intensely personal and the rush is on to find the elusive killer. Director Billy Ray wisely puts the storyline first, which allows each character's "arc" to fully develop, and his or her humanity to be felt deeply by the viewer.

Big name stars can't match the original Latin version of "Secret in their Eyes' which won best foreign film 2009. Good try though. I bought it anyway to make the comparison and I'll watch it again, but if you want to see a great film buy the original starring Ricardo Darin and Soledad Villamll.

I expected more for this movie and I really wanted to like it; I did until the end. They literally pull the rug from under your feet and it does the trick, it's a just predictable- DTS HD MA 5.1 AUDIO is great and picture looks amazing on a 4K UHD Display.

A suspense thriller sort of movie, had a twist at the end though not entirely suspenseful. The acting was okay. Julia had the same crying scene as the Conspiracy Theory with Mel Gibson. I like that scene that's why I remembered it.

It is definitely worth seeing, but not one that I would watch over and over. Good story, moves along at a snails pace at times. Not much action, expected more based on the description. Still a good movie though.

Do you like to keep on guessing that you know who it is only to fine out that your wrong. This movie will keep you guessing until the very end, it a very good and well acted by it stars, a must see.

Great date night movie with a companion to cuddle up together in front of a big screen surround sound system. Lots of mystery and will keep you watching! You will not fall asleep watching this one

I know there are some not so good reviews regarding the movie itself but I must say I was entertained and the twist I really didn't see coming. As far as audio and video the movie delivers!

This movie is suspenseful and it will have you on the end of your seat until the end of the movie. It really is a good movie. I would say a must buy if you like these types of movies.

Julia Roberts may not be looking her best but her acting killed it! There were a couple of Oscar worthy moments. The only negative I can say is …Nicole Kidman was wrong for the movie.

This movie had a good plot. The acting was good. It showed how far people would go to get justice outside the system. Also showed how easy it is to make mistakes. I would recommend.

This was a decent/suspense movie worth watching. Julia Roberts did her thing as usual. I don't think I could have done but this is for entertaining purposes only.

This particular movie was extremely interesting. I did enjoy the movie alot. Catching this criminal was difficult and the ending was a real PLEASURE.

Originally I thought this was just going to be another murder mystery but it was an orginal story and kept me guessing till the end

Julia Roberts is a cop whose daughter has been killed. Intriguing and heart wrenching. Good movie that kept my interest.

This american remake of the 2009 film features top-notch performances from a great cast, and is well worth the time.
