Too many issues, no fun

Worked great in the begining and quickly stopped

Called segway multiple times and reffered to a call center in China. Go kart stopped reversing and would continously beep. Stuck with a 2000 dollar item wasting space in our garage. Would not buy another Segway product agaib.

WARNING DO NOT BUY

Best Buy is not the issue. The car has 2 potential problems either the battery will stop charging or the electronics in the front of the car will stop connecting, disabling the car. This is happening to both my cars. The biggest problem is Segway will not help with this issue. They require the entire car to be shipped to them costing 350.00 to ship and you have to pack it. You may not have this issue until we’ll after your return policy. Watch the YouTube videos before buying this

Didn’t work

The acceleration is so quick and it’s such a smooth ride. The speaker is a nice touch and works really well! It’s super convenient connecting the go kart to the app to switch drives modes or look at battery percentage and so much more. This thing will turn on a dime and the drifting you can do with the hand brake is super fun.

I tried to jump in I'm 230 pounds and doesn't go more than 8mph do yo hahe any more power on this product?
