It's a wonderful, exciting and beyond amazing product. I love it and its so much fun and gets me all around and gets me anywhere i need to get to and at anytime..Great battery life and am able to ride for long periods of time , days up to a week or more without having to charge.... I'm so ecststic and pleased with my segway(nine bot) .. I feel very safe anytime I'm out riding and all the extra features makes it a plus..I'd definitely recommend it to others and couldn't ask for a better product...Thank you Segway and look forward to getting up everyday and going out to explre the world and seeing the world we are blessed to live in and be apart of....I also wouldn't ask for a better team to be apart of...Thanks again.

Bought this for my son and he loves it! A huge step above the gotraxx he had. It has blinkers that are bright, multicolor LEDS underneath and is pretty fast. I told him to be careful on it. Battery life is pretty good and charges fast. Really good quality build as well.

I have to say that this is a great value for the money. You get a very well known brand, smart phone app to control all features, Apple Find My support and more. Speed is good for a first scooter and range is pretty decent. I’m 220 and max out the speed every time i ride, and i got 20 miles on it before needing to charge. Very light weight, easy to throw in the trunk of our Lexus sadan if we want to go somewhere to ride. Lots of fun!
