Works well. Achieves speed as advertised. A bit on the heavy side

So, I may be new to the whole scooter scene, but this thing is awesome... Granted probably going to want to get the extended battery, not that it doesn't last just that it's too much fun to ride around without it lol... Also, I'll be looking into getting upgraded suspension for it...

I’ll be honest, out of the box, it had about 60% charge but wouldn’t work. It kept throwing a ‘failure code,’ battery related. After several power cycles, it got it working but would still fail at times. I drained the battery by elevating the front wheel off the ground and setting the cruise control until the battery was at 1%. I then charged it overnight to 100%. No more issues! This things has three speed settings and is so much fun now!

We are loving these scooters. Good speed on max setting, customizable lights, and quick charging. Wish it had a hand brake though. Stomping on the back fender to brake the rear wheel is awkward.

This thing is great. We bought it for our 16 year old daughter who’s not really interested in driving yet. The sports mode does get up to 25 miles per hour even with an adult. The app works well but only if you are near the scooter.

It is really good for residents that live in NYC, it has a max ~15 mph, which is the limitation of NYC. It has apps to control the lights, the only one thing that I don't like is the weight, it is about 30 or more pounds.

The scooter is so much fun and easy to use. I love that it has a headlight so it is safe to ride at night. Using the app to change the lighting scheme is fun. The battery charges quickly and the scooter folds up nicely for easy storage.

We bought this for our oldest daughter for Christmas. This thing really goes fast!! So far our only con is that we live on a paved road and you can feel all the teeny rocks. It vibrates your whole body. It was annoying to my but my husband (6 feet tall 230 lbs) and daughter zips around on it with ease. The whole bluetooth and technology that goes with the scooter is really a huge plus for us. Our daughter loves that phone and she can sync her phone and scooter. (If you’re not looking to spend as much, the Hover -1 Aviator was also a good purchase for one of our other daughters. It doesn’t sync but is pretty fast too. )Overall, we’re pleased with this!! If anything changes, I’ll write an updated review.

Love the scooter. My son rides it around and it works very well for the price you pay! Definitely happy. The only downside is the setup takes a bit to get used too.

I really enjoyed this scooter at first as it hit all my pro's; it was very light in weight, enough mileage for my daily commute, fast charge and as a bonus some really rad led lights underneath that can be customized in many different patterns and colors. The scooter has quick pick up and the cruise control feature is convenient in open space. The ride is on this scooter is not smooth, every little bump or crack on sidewalk or road will be felt. I knew this before buying since these are not air filled tires nor any shock system so that was on me - still a great scooter at a great price. The app is very poor with limited features besides setting different led light combos and tracking your rides but the Bluetooth connection is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Within 90 seconds of riding the Bluetooth disconnects every time making the app useless in tracking millage, speed but most importantly tracking your current ride. After all those negatives i was still going to give this scooter 4 stars as it really is one of the better scooters in this price range but as soon as my return window ended all the led lights underneath the scooter stopped working. After inspecting, there is no protection for these tiny leds (theres 30-50 leds) from bumps and i assume that might be the reason my lights no longer work. After further inspection i noticed the light wires are no protected, they are just exposed - how can a scooter have exposed wiring underneath the scooter board? A small puddle or hitting a pebble can totally destroy the entire led system WOW! Very disappointing that the coolest feature of this scooter broke a few weeks after return window ended

This is my favorite scooter, sleek, stylish, fast, it’s everything you can want in a scooter. The battery last a long time, the lights are cool, and the app makes them even better. I love this scooter!!

My 12yo daughter got this for Christmas and absolutely loves it, we rented Birds earlier in the year and she has talked about it ever since. Now she has her own. It is plenty fast and battery lasts a long time.

We bought this for our son to get around campus. So far so good but be warned this thing is much heavier than we thought. That aside the only other issue was understanding the instructions which were not so clear but we eventually went online to figure out the charging.

not the fastest, battery not the best- but a fun little scooter. Folds up easy, easy to steer and connect to phone. After a week the rubber covers started to peel off, not too happy about that. More metal parts than I expected. Lights underneath are pretty great. don't pay over $400

God. Everything is good. For what you pay. Suspension is honestly the best. Speed is not the best. Brakes are bad. Really bad. Weight is perfect. Is light. Is a good option. Battery is regular. Good you can pair with your phone

I've always wanted one of these since first seeing it. I have the Segway mini pro and have had lots of fun with it. This is a full size scooter and range is accurate depending on the weight of the rider and speed of the rider. The braking system isn't bad on flat land but going down a hill it's best to use the rear foot brake. The headlight is really bright for night riding. I usually ride early in the morning.

This scooter is so much fun and great for our teenage working son to get to work! Tip: you can buy an extended battery to optimize the speed and range!

Absolutely love this scooter! Fast and well made. Perfect for getting around town quicker than walking and no wasted gas!
