    Was ok but then my tire was flat and no one will work on these and they said i had to ship it to california cause its a segway.Not happy at all.Customer Support wont help me at all and im miserable

    The first scooter I purchased I had to return due to a malfunction. The new one I received currently has a flat tire.

    Avoid at all costs. Mine wheel broke literally three days outside of the return window, BB said "too bad, so sad" and dealing with Segway customer service has been a nightmare. Do not be deceived by the brand name, it is a trap, you will 100% regret your purchase. Goodbye BB, you lost another customer.

    Stopped turning on

    I have been riding the scooter for 3 weeks and it is not turning on anymore, picked it up April 17 and it is no longer returnable after May 2, it stopped working May 7.

    Отличный электросамокат! Я его долго выбирал, и тут на него была в магазине Best Buy отличная скидка! Доставку немного задержали, но все же привезли товар! Распаковали , проверили, установили приложение и вперёд! Отличный электросамокат! Хороший запас хода! На режиме sport - вообще ракета !!! Рекомендую!

    I Didn't Know and Now I'm Stuck!

    This is very different from other Ninebots and I would not recommend it. The tires have tubes - like a bicycle. If the rear tire gets punctured, the ENTIRE scooter has to be dissembled - including the battery and several wires. Unless you're a mechanic, this is very difficult. You'll even have to peel back the grip on the footboard to access screws and then glue it back down later! All for a flat tire. I got a flat tire within a day if using it. I love the YouTube video Segway makes about how to replace the rear tire. It skips over the part where the scooter has to be completely disassembled. It just shows a guy taking the inner tube out of the tire lol. Also, the charger port is under the scooter, right where the front wheel kicks up water and dirt. It's difficult to find it so you have to fish around for it until it goes in. Oh, and it only goes in one way, so you have to fool around with it, because you can't see. Or you can get on your hands and knees to find it each time you want to charge it. BestBuy doesn't offer service for the Scooter even though some representatives think they do. So you'll need to find a Segway shop near you. Mine is 2 hours away. I have no idea what Ninebot was thinking with this model. I have other Ninebots and they are wonderful. You want to avoid this at all costs!

The design flaws you mentioned, especially with the tire replacement and charging port, definitely seem like major inconveniences. It’s frustrating when a product doesn’t live up to expectations, especially when you’ve had good experiences with other models. Hopefully, Ninebot will address these issues in future designs.     I like that it has plenty of space to stand. Smooth ride as long as you stay away from the bumps. Need to charge battery frequently which seems odd since I don’t ride it everyday. Overall so far so good though.

    DONT BUY A NINEBOT SCOOTER!

    This scooter is horible, it broke within a month of me buying it and somehow i bought 2 of their other scooters and i spent $1200 and they couldn't do anything about it, their costumer service is even worse.

    Bought 2 of these for my sons for Christmas last yr and have had nothing but trouble with both. Most of the issues involve the battery. Both hv been sent in for repairs and either quit working a short time later or returned to me without being fixed. Total waste of money
