Do not buy a Segway

Segway customer service terrible. Do not buy a Segway. You literally can’t even buy brake pads for this thing from their parts department. When you call them you speak to someone in China who barely speaks English does not care and has zero answers.

Top speed reduces as battery gets lower

But the top speed reduces as the battery gets lower. With it at top speed the range is 25miles if lucky. I found it getting around 20miles. Returned it while I still could since the speed slowdown isnt mentioned in the manual or website.
