So far this game is great, as are any of Nintendo's platform games. My little girls enjoy playing it. It definitely has its challenges but overall fun for all ages. The gameplay, graphics, and audio are well done too.

DK Tropical Freeze expands on the fun that was DK Country Returns with amazing level design and music. This game satisfies both the younger/casual audience and the hardcore completionist. Great replay value and adds to the small but valuable collection of Wii U games. Final Score: 9.2/10

Retro hit it out of the park with Tropical Freeze. The game is gorgeous and runs fantastically. The game is old school platfomer hard but has a solid difficulty curve and a wonderful, diverse set of stages.

The Donkey Kong games have always been extremely fun and inventive. Retro did a great job with this game. If you like challenging, creative 2D platformers then give it a go. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent game for a a great price, If you want a game that is well worth the pick up. Nintendo brought back nintendo select and donkey kong country tropical freeze was worth the $20 pickup price.

Fun and challenging platformer for my husband and I play to play co-op. The graphics and character designs are fun and bright (DK's fur looks great!), but the controls and/or physics seem off at times so that it doesn't feel smooth as you move through the obstacles.

This game brings back memories of me playing hours of DK on the SNES when I was a child. Now my kids enjoy Donkey Kong the same way as I did when I was their age. Such a great game.

This game will remind you of the classic SNES games, but has completely new mechanics, levels, and a new feel to it. I recommend it for long-time Donkey Kong fans and newcomers alike.

Great game that fits right in with the rest of Donkey Kong. Still extremely challenging at parts and have definitely gotten frustrated, but it's fantastic to beat those parts!

This is a very fun game for adults and kids alike. Me and wife like to play it together, as well as with my kids. there are lots of bonus things to look for, for an extra challenge.

I never was the biggest fan of this series, but the girlfriend loves it. And it's priced right. Pretty much the same formula of game they've been doing since the SNES days(if it ain't broke don't fix it right) with a beautiful graphical enhancement.

I was looking for something my son and I could play on the Wii U. Saw this on sale and remembered how fun the older Donkey Kong games used to be. This game has the same feel.

This is a fun game that my 4 year old even enjoys playing from time to time with her dad; she calls it monkey kong though. I do wish however that they would bring back the more donkey kong 64 version. Fun game and a little challenging.

Very easy to play and stays true to the classic DK franchise. Very fun and keeps you interested. Definitely more difficult than the old games but if you are a long time can of the game then you will enjoy this next installment.

This is a super fun game. That offers couch co-op.when playing with two players the game becomes more challenging. I would definitely recommend this title at this price.

I bought this game mainly for my son as a reward for doing well at school! I enjoyed Donkey Kong as a kid, so I figured he would also, happy to report that he did.
