Bulbs are great, Smart Compatibility confusing

Unfortunately Sengled doesn’t totally make it clear between what models are Homekit/Siri compatible. The ones that are require a hub. I would be fine with that but I kinda wasted time

There were problems with connection, one light bulb would connect and other wouldn’t. Other than that though, pretty solid light bulbs for a good price.

Fun colors

Hard to setup

Decent Light - Terrible Customer Support

One completed faulted within 2 weeks and is unresponsive to power. I contacted Sengled and received an email response asking for a picture of the receipt and a video of the device not working. I sent this information as requested within the hour, and have yet to hear back over a month later after three further attempts to receive support. Others have also reported waiting up to 3 months for a response.

Lose connection

Avoid these, not worth the hassle

I keep getting "phone not connected to internet" errors. Did a search for their app reviews, and it's apparently happening to everyone else too. I've passed the return window, so now I'm stuck with hardware that is useless due to poor software engineering or lack of it. I have one room with Philip's Hue bulbs that are working fine. I recommend spending the extra for the Philips, cause the Sengled is most unreliable product I've bought.
