Sengled Quality

Bulbs are great, Smart Compatibility confusing

Unfortunately Sengled doesn’t totally make it clear between what models are Homekit/Siri compatible. The ones that are require a hub. I would be fine with that but I kinda wasted time

There were problems with connection, one light bulb would connect and other wouldn’t. Other than that though, pretty solid light bulbs for a good price.

Hard to setup

Decent Light - Terrible Customer Support

One completed faulted within 2 weeks and is unresponsive to power. I contacted Sengled and received an email response asking for a picture of the receipt and a video of the device not working. I sent this information as requested within the hour, and have yet to hear back over a month later after three further attempts to receive support. Others have also reported waiting up to 3 months for a response.

Smart bulb with no smartness

Best Buy asked to reach customer care of the manufacturer and provided a contact number and when I called they were asking irrelevant questions and requesting for payment information.
