I never write reviews, but after investing over $300 on their bulbs and hubs in five different rooms, their app has completely stopped working. I keep getting "phone not connected to internet" errors. Did a search for their app reviews, and it's apparently happening to everyone else too. I've passed the return window, so now I'm stuck with hardware that is useless due to poor software engineering or lack of it. I have one room with Philip's Hue bulbs that are working fine. I recommend spending the extra for the Philips, cause the Sengled is most unreliable product I've bought.

I tried connecting them for around an hour and nothing. Each time it told me to reset the bulbs and that my wifi may be too far but it was right next to the router with strong connection. I am a pretty tech savvy person but these might have just been a dud.

My entire house is lit with sengled bulbs, I picked these wifi bulbs up but one emitted a high pitched buzz and got super hot. Sengled support is useless so I had to return them to bestbuy. I recommend sengled’s non-wifi bulbs.

Beware you must have the Sengled Hub. It says it works with Alexa, but that still means you need a Sengled Hub. I decided not to use it because I don't want another app. I guess I missed that in the detail. Now you know.

I would not buy again. The programing of the bulbs is not exactly user friendly. It looks nice when turned on, but it too cumbersome to get a higher rating. It has worked for the 3 weeks that I've used it.

Mixed.. this is the first company i started with when building my smart home. However over they years they have became way over priced. There are many other options on the market that are just as good if not better and more affordable. I do not believe i will be using this companys brand any longer for smart home devices. As i can get more for less with an equallu quality product by a different manufacture.

I keep buying these smart bulbs as I find more places in our home where they can add to the ambience of a room like the dining room or guest bedroom.

These things suck because in order to change the colors on the bulbs you have to pay for the subscription. And no where in the packaging or the box does it mention having to do so.

Love these bulbs. They have lasted us a few Years and would recommend to anyone!!! They were worth the price 100%

I never was able to connect them to the internet. Bought another brand and in less than 3 minutes they where conceted.

Didn’t work for me. I bought these because they were cheap and seemed to be good but didn’t like them.

Works great, One of the best and Do Not need any thing extra for them to work.

It only works for 2.4 GB Internet. I tried to get my money back, but I was past the 15 days. So I have a product I can’t use

These are effectively just plain old lightbulbs I could've bought for a couple bucks at any store. The app won't reconnect to the internet or let me reset it or anything. So, NONE of the functionality I paid for is available. No dimming. No color changing. No automation. No nothing. Disappointing. It worked for a day. Now it doesn't.

Would not connect and kept telling my my wifi password was wrong. Checked 3 times and it wasnt. Total garbage.

This was an expensive flight for me because the smart features did not work.

I returned it because it didn’t work for me and they kept about $20 from my reward points. Very disappointed with Best Buy.

there app sucks, i set these up and the app keeps changing my settings and flashing when they want and turning off, i would not buy these the company wont fix the issues either with the app
