I know I know Bose is not high end audio but it is 5.1 with a sub. Even without adding a sub to the Ambeo (which I will) the Ambeo BLEW away the Bose. My wife was even shocked. Its the best sound bar I have owned. I have had the Martin Logan Vision and Bowers and Wilkins Panorama 2 soundbars. I can't say its a 100% surround as its hard to hear anything coming from the back or from up top but from the sides it does great (I don't have a back wall its open). Best soundbar period!

Worked some overtime to get this and I am just thrilled. It is very high quality, Dolby Atoms is great. Soundbar is very large and very well made. I dare say it is loud and proud. I most certainly will be getting another one for my den, might as well rock hard while working from home. I know some will add a subwoofer to this, I would recommend a REL HT 1205 or my personal favorite the SVS 3000. Adding a high end sub will make the neighbors want to move!!!

This is a Great sound bar. Very,heavy. Well made. It sound great. Dialog nice and clear. Decent sound with the option to add a sub. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Excellent sound, the virtual surround sound is as close to a true surround that you will get.

Added this to my 17 year old plasma tv- Great sound- can hear the difference between sound modes.. movie music etc.. Easy to setup- instructions were easy to follow. Looks good.

This is one of the best sound bars out there. Worth the money and the base is very good. Sound level at 30 while watching Netflix is going to be loud in a small room.

This soundbar is absolute amazing. As a stand alone soundbar, it has no equals. I just got this soundbar during a Black Friday deal. I connected it to my TV and added my Polk Subwoofer. This thing sounds absolutely amazing. The voice is amazingly clear. This soundbar has amazing bass and surround sound. The Subwoofer added an extra kick. I highly recommend this product. It totally feels the room with amazing sound.

This a love hate review. First the bad, the audio intermittently cuts out for just a split second then resumes, I will talk to Best Buy about this. The good, the sound quality coming from this soundbar is amazing when the audio isn't cutting out is amazing. This is a extremely high quality speaker.

We bought a condo with 15' ceilings and this is the only speaker bar that exists that can fill this room! So simple to set up and operate it. My wife loves it!

This system produces great sound that bounces off the ceiling and the walls. despite its low frequency response it deserves a subwoofer to command more status in the room. It is overpriced when compared to my Yamaha and Sonus systems that I have. It doesn't have the features found in Yamaha when using a Musicast AP. Its appeal though is the precision and simplicity of the device that makes me love it.

I wanted to hate this, so very much... then I could justify returning it and buying something cheaper. It's just so AMAZING! I am immersed in sound, from in front, behind, and even above. Since it has so many drivers, it really is a wall of sound, rather than discrete speakers from discrete directions. The Ambeo feature makes even Youtube videos sound amazing, let alone when things play in real Atmos! I don't think a subwoofer is needed AT ALL.

Great sound that is a home theater all in one sound bar, it's wonderful, and we appreciate the great deal we got from Best Buy!

Excellent clarity. Simple setup. App very useful to switch sound settings from movie to sports to music.

I was hedging because of price. When it went on sale I had to go for it. I have had many other soundbars. This is the best I've heard. Is it the same as a component and speaker system, No. But for an apartment in particular. It is perfect room filling sound. I added a subwoofer (which is a simple 1 cable connection) to provide that extra bass when watching movies. It provides extra hdmi connections with full 4k passthrough. So I have plenty of connections for all my peripharals.

Astounding! This is the soundbar you've been looking for all along. We tried another with Dolby Atmos soundbar and it couldn't replace what we already had with 5.1 surround sound, so we returned it. This Ambeo from Sennheiser was an impressive replacement for 5.1 in our apartment. We considered connecting the subwoofer, but found it was completely unnecessary. This is perfect. If I had a house I think I'd still have this same soundbar. It was expensive, but very worth it.

Its so amazing sound 3D and with ambeo sub just phenomenal crystal clear. Dialog is the best.

Simply the best sounding soundbar I have heard yet. The highs and lows are great, the depth and spatial sound is amazing. The fact that you can use your own sub with this bar makes the sound even better. I have this paired with a KEF KUBE12b and it's as if they were made for each other. Some might view this a downside since the price of the soundbar is so high to begin with, but overall it's been better for us because I feel the soundbar packages down't proved the best quality sub woofer.

This is a really terrific product. I have a Samsung soundbar as well. It’s not a fair comparison given the difference in price but the Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar is much better. The biggest difference (in addition to the superior sound quality) is the added HDMI inputs and superior input switching. The only hiccup I experienced relates to the initial set up. I ended up using the Google Home app to get the firmware updated done. Then the Sennheiser app worked well.

What a magnificent product. Great quality in every way. Recommend to all looking for a high-end soundbar.
