Awesome over-the-ear head phones!

Saw this model going in clearance at Best Buy...read the reviews...and was hooked. They have not disappointed at all. I've used them on the PC listing to Pandora, as well as on my XM Radio unit as well.

The sound is very good.These are even better than my Sony MDR-7506 headphones, which had a brighter more detailed sound but were far less comfortable. But after some time, the sound is dull and faded and very flat, murky in comparison to the Sony's. I really recommend to use an amp to reach a much higher quality sound.

Nice flat sounding headphones
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.No real emphasis on any frequencies. Not as sparkling sounding as my similar priced Yamaha headphones. I tried to mix things with the Yamaha and it didn't work too well as it colored the sound too much but I would give it a try with these Sennheisers. The Sennheiser's however, would not be the ones I would grab if I just wanted to listen to music and the Yamaha's were right next to them.

Comfy and Sound Great!

I was skeptical of these for the sole reason that I've been buying Bose for years now. However, I didn't have the budget to buy Bose. I love how these sound! Very Clean and crisp tones and clean low end. These don't seem to misrepresent the music like some other brands (Beats).
