The customer reviewers were right:great for music and easy to fit over hearing aids - my biggest concerns! Also the long wire enables more flexibility.

Very good sounding headphones. They really need dolby atmos to give them their full potential but none the less i am satisfied.

Clear sound with accurate balance and tonality. No excessive responses at any frequencies that I can detect. Quite comfortable and very easy to drive requiring only a few mWatts to achieve adequate volume. These are usable for hours w/o fatigue A good headset at a great entry level audiophile price.

Audiophiles i listen to music and they are great for a budget over ear head set. The open backs sound more natural, and music sounds great. But they are also great for positional audio in FPS games which has given me a better advantage over a closed back headset. You will need a microphone, but you can get a decent usb microphone for cheap now, or go for a rode podmic with a scarlett for a budget xlr set up. The wave XLR by elgato is also really good for a rode podmic setup as well. Which is what i use.

These headphones are absolutely excellent. With an almost completely neutral, ruler-flat frequency-response and much better bass-extension than typical open-backs, they're a great choice if you want to hear music, movies, ec., exactly as they were recorded with almost no coloration to the sound. Do they resolve every last tiny little micro-detail? No, but they are, after all, only $200, which is considered budget-range for audiophile headphones. But they are possibly the best sounding headphones available in the world today for their price. They still do resolve an incredible amount of detail while also sounding very musical. They don't resolve as MUCH detail as Sennheiser's HD6xx series headphones, but then again, they have MUCH better soundstage and bass-extension than those headphones do. The soundstage is fairly wide and has great height and depth, and the imaging is very precise in its directional cues. The bass is almost ruler-flat down to about 35Hz, and only rolls off by a few decibels below that. They also don't lose any bass due to a seal-breach from my glasses, which is fantastic (even many open-back headphones have that issue). These kick the crud out of just about anything else in their price-range. They sound fantastic with every genre of music, every TV, and every game I use with them... they are true "all-rounders." I cannot possibly recommend them more.

Sounds great and doesn't clamp too hard on my ears. Cord is removable and can be replaced with a shorter cable. Cups do not swivel to allow set to lay flat. Currently using with antlion DAC but no amp.

Very pleased with purchase. Comfortable to wear for long periods of listening. The sound it what I was looking for, very open soundstage, very low harmonic and intermodulation (non-harmonic) distortion. They are open back so not for sound isolation for background ambient noise, flat/neutral bass, as it was mixed at the console. Not for someone looking for heavy low end/club type bass. The sound is very accurate and uncolored, small details in the recording are not covered up with harmonics or unintended low frequency. Thanks!

in fact, its a little TOO good. this one wong i used to listen to on a daily basis for studying and working out completely lost its charm when the ear-piercingly loud frequency otherwise not picked up on by mid tier headphones (and, admittedly, older adults' ears) felt like i was listening to a distant record player made out of only a plate and a fork. oh, and they aren't as bassy, which is a plus in my opinion--most high bass headphones emphasise on base which ends up drowning out all the other frequencies. anyways great purchase cant wait to listen to the most painful noises in the world on these

Large Sound stage very neutral, very clear, Cons: if you have a large head the clamping force can be a bit much when new (will stretch a little over time or if stored semi open .
