Customers are saying
Customers are delighted by the HD 560S Wired Open Aire Over-the-Ear Audiophile Headphones' sound quality and comfort, making them suitable for long listening sessions. The lightweight design and good fit also contribute to a positive user experience, with some finding them great for gaming. However, some customers have noted that the bass may not be emphasized enough for some listeners, and the cable length may be excessive.

Quality headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got into music production and Al who helped me picked these out did an incredible job! These are flat meaning they haven’t added bass boost and you get the purest sound to get the best out of mixing organically! Extremely comfortable too

Happy with the 560s
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy with it. My first real headphone buy after buying bluetooth type headphones. Big jump up in sound quality. Very clear and crisp and good clean bass. I can't really compare to much but it's comfortable and easy to drive with my schiit magni 3+. Works pretty good on my pixel 4a too.

HD 560S Sound Perfect
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I moved up from the Sennheiser 598's and I'm glad I did. The 560S headphones sound perfect. Not so perfect is Best Buy. I took a chance buying open box rated excellent but instead of getting the 9.8 ft cord, I got the 6 ft cord instead. Besides sound quality, I purchased the 560S for the longer cord. Best Buy should not have allowed this to happen. It wasn't worth saving $15 on the open box after having to spend $12 buying the longer cord from Geekria. Lesson learned, stick with only buying new from Best Buy.

Sennheiser >>>
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sennheiser once again showing the things they are capable, never fails to disappoint. They deliver in in amazing stereo imaging and a nice not too open Soundstage. But also a nice flat frequency response that delivers Clean Bass that even though not the best for applications of EDM. becomes really nice for Competitive Shooters and Detail pick up for analytical usage because of the bump up in treble also. It does take some time to get used to them. But once the clamping force goes away. And when your ears burn in to the FR of the HD 560S’s they truly become something that you find yourself coming back too.

Excellent gaming headset
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These sound quite good for the price. Compared to my HD6XX, the soundstage seems a bit wider and the sound signature seems a bit brighter and extends further in the bass and treble. These make an excellent gaming headset. All you need is a mic, which can be just a desk mic, built in laptop mic or even a mic cable, which are pretty easy to find. Build quality is typical of the Sennheiser HD5xx series. It's not premium feeling, but I actually prefer this style of build over some more luxurious headphones as I don't feel like I need to baby them. They're pretty rugged and I'm pretty confident they'll last quite a while. I didn't notice a significant difference switching sources, so they'll sound basically the same being driven by an apple dongle, onboard audio or separate dac/amp.

A level of detail I didn't know existed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a newbie in the higher end audio space, I have to say I am surprised at how much of a difference these make when listening to music, and other audio sources in general. The best way to describe this I guess would be the level of DETAIL that comes through on them. You hear EVERYTHING, from the lightest cymbal hits to the sound of the pick plucking guitar strings. I didn't realize how much I was missing out on when it came to listening to music. If music is a big part of your life, you won't regret getting these. It opens your eyes to how much more is actually THERE when listening.

Great product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound! Very comfortable headset. Some reviews stated that there were nubs inside the earpieces that pressed on peoples ears and became painful after long use. These nubs do not even touch my ear while wearing headphones.

A niche product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Detailed sound, but desperately requires a near silent environment to justify using these over close backeds of the same price.
