    I connected to high end receiver via left and right rca cables, you can adapt the rca couplings to a mini stereo plug. No Optical input so it's Analog sound, You have to tune the headset with a knob and it has distortion when moving around or just your head. Terrible Quality. Going to return them right now and purchase the Sony that has the Optical cable so it produces from a digital signal. Any headphone would be better than this one. Last thing, if you lean down with them on they will fall off your head. I had much higher expectations from Sennheiser's newest. I hope this helps.
