Fast and very less noise while shredding, shreds cards as well

Working well for 2yrs now but too noisy and I believe it needs a lot of lubrication sheets

I like the shredder in terms of taking in the amount of pages it shreds at once. It is a little loud, but sturdy. It does overheat with some extended use, but cooled off with less time than my old shredder. It is a good buy.

runs well. quieter than my previous shedder. Like that can do credit cards or a few sheets at a time. Like that it seem to take up less room, but we do have empty it a little more often. The black color fits is better than the grey of the old shredder.

Shredder works as stated, although after using for over an hour makes noise and loud, oil sheet does not oil the machine enough to quiet it down. Good home shredder for light work, not for home office that requires more and heavier usage. Placing the shredder on the bin sometimes requires to press in on back corner for the safety connection to engage for the machine to engage.

Have used this product several times since purchasing it. It works well with one comment; namely, the number of sheets (10). Shredding ten sheets at one time made the unit shut down due to overheating after about five minutes use. Reducing the number of sheets eliminated this problem. Thickness of sheets matters and reducing the number of sheets with each pass eliminated the overheating. Otherwise, no complaints.

Excellent shredder, quiet and does a good job of shredding. I do not put max sheets through though..I go 7 sheets...very satisfied and price for product was reasonable.

Definitely worth it. It's quiet, takes paper in quickly. Though it says 10 sheets at a time, it does slow down quite a bit when handling multiple pieces of paper.

I give it good because it does overheat after using it for a while. Also, it does have a section jammed in it now and in the past, I could clear it. Now, I cannot and have to return it. I wish it lasted longer. Hopefully, Best Buy can clear the jam, repair it or replace it.

This is an amazing shredder! It works so effortlessly. The safety features are amazing as well. It allows us to shred more compactly, saving time on emptying the container; and the confidence of knowing our private documentation is not going to be compromised based on the outcome of the shred!

This is a good shredder, I honestly never knew there were lubricant sheets to put in the shredder that would keep it running smooth, you learn something new everyday. My only con is that it’s loud other than that it does it’s job!

Shreds well for what I need it to do,mainly junk mail. Has had no problem, yet, with anything I've thrown at it.

Awesome powerful shredder. I was surprised how powerful it is because it is a little smaller than the last one i had. Its smooth and powerful. Definitely recommend

Purchased 09/24/2020. Used very little. Container cracked up the entire side from tipping over on floor. About a month later, the shredder stopped shredding. Will still reverse. Item very too heavy. Tips over easily. Used very little. Maybe a total of 10 uses.

It's good doing its job normally little bit noisy.

It works okay for the price if you're looking for a budget-friendly paper shredder this is it.

Not bad, used it for about 2 hrs ,shredded lots of paper and plastic cards and no jams. Working well so far.
