not a bad little paper shredder light duty i would not try and shred 10 sheets as it says it can but over all a good crosscut paper shredder

Delivered on time. But when I finally got around to opening the box. Surprise. The motor casing was cracked in 2 places Because you can't reach a human being either from your local store or the 800 #, I decided to see if the damaged top would affect it from working or not. Luckily for me no further problems..I need to remember to let it warm up first. Only came with 1 bag! And this model comes with a lubricant sheet. Also only one. Your advised to purchase additional lubricant sheets for future use to make sure that the blades will continue to work and maintain the expected life time of the product. So far have not really used it, but have about 22 lbs of personal medical papers and banking information and tax documents. Priced around for professional disposal. Never owned one before but was familiar with home models. Several features I was looking for were: Criss-cross shredding. Abilities to destroy cds and credit cards and used gift cards. Also will be using it to dispose the paperwork from a auto accident years ago that was mishandled from the get go. And lastly the sticky return address labels you get unsolicited in the mail and of course personal checks with your information after I move in the future. So, wish me luck and I am definitely going to fill out the warranty card on this purchase.

Brought 2 months ago blades don’t work motor keeps running can’t shreds anything will never recommend it to anyone how do I send it back to company it has a 1 year warranty

This printer sucks, I was 15mins into shredding papers and the motor burnt out just shredding a discover card envelope.

Died shredding a credit card then i reversed it jammed up and bent the top and would not work

Crap motor goes out quick and to exchange happens again

It's ok, just can't use it on an constant, and paper gets jammed in the teeth, hard to clean out. You have to have patience using it,too. I just wanted something to destroy anything that has my name and address on it without throwing in trash.
