Great shredder

I do not use it daily but when I do use it I have only 1 complaint and that is the way the part that holds the paper the container it feels like its gonna break. Not sturdy at all. Love the credit card feature though.

Worked great at first...

It worked great for about a month and is now jammed and doesn't work. It was not overloaded or misused. It constantly overheated. Maybe just a dud, but very disappointed.

A great surprise upon opening this shredder!

Upon looking closely, what a surprise I saw! This is my first paper shredder that has a basket that is "housed" within the main component! I like the "removable" basket! It eliminates the need to remove the cutter from the basket itself in order to remove the filled bag of shredded papers. It sounded louder than any shredder I have owned, but I'm adjusting to this noise as I did with the other shredders. I am looking for a longer duration of this shredder than there was with the previous household shredders. I believe that I have found that in this Sentinel on guard.

Great shredder
